Enjoyable stay but a bit pricey.

The staff were friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. We enjoyed the pool and fitness room.

The area is under construction and parking spaces were very tight. Parking was extra and breakfast was not included.

Habitación en buen estado y camas cómodas. La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de los puntos de interés de la ciudad. El personal fue muy atento y amable. Por ejemplo, solicitamos unos albornoces y nos los trajeron al momento a la habitación.

La piscina estaba bien, pero debería haber algún miembro del hotel controlando el cumplimiento de las normas de la piscina. Por ejemplo, había muchos niños saltando de un lado al otro de la piscina molestando al resto de huéspedes. El desayuno es bastante escaso y muy mal organizado, un caos. Lista de espera aún con mesas vacías y mucha gente para un espacio tan pequeño. Deberían asignar horarios de desayuno a cada huésped.

I’m a wheelchair user and this property is very accessible. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the onsite facilities are great, very clean and also all accessible. The indoor pool has accessible equipment to get into the pool and is open until late. My room was fantastic, plenty of space, super accessible bathroom, good coffee machine in the room and the bedroom door even opened automatically when you swipe the key card (for accessibility). The onsite food options are very good, the breakfast is buffet style and has a good variety of options, the staff will take your order at the table or let you get your own. The room service options are also very good and I ordered food in from Ubereats often and this worked well due to the location too. The hotel is situated very close to a train station making it very easy to get around the city.

Very little that I didn’t like about this property, it was great. Perhaps the layout of the accessible room could be better. There was a table and two chairs which were a bit redundant and took up quite a lot of space when navigating around the room in a wheelchair, and the clothes hanging rails could perhaps be lower so that they are reachable from sitting down. Otherwise it was excellent.

Good size room and bathroom. Location was great

Reported that there was an issue with the safe upon checkin (it appeared to be locked) and this wasnt resolved. It wasnt a huge issue to is so we didnt re report it

mittelmässig, ich vermisste Käse. Der Kaffee war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Putzpersonal ist ohne anzuklopfen ins Zimmer gekommen. Privates telefonieren sollte während Arbeit untersagt sein. Ich empfand das Telefonieren des Putzpersonal als störend.

Lovely place to stay and explore Ottawa, perfect for a couple‘s getaway.

Very clean and welcoming, comfortable bed, amazing location. You can safely store bags away even before your check-in time, which makes it ideal for short city trips. Staff was lovely. Very nice bathroom supplies provided.

Toilet tank wasn’t completely refilling after flushing, but we only stayed for one night; so it was alright. There was no AC in the bathroom.

Liked the bed although small for a king. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean

Didn't like that I was charged on card I switched out and even at front desk didn't Luke I was told I was charged for everything on other card and wasn't Didn't like that couldn't switch rooms to watch fireworks Didn't like that if I asked for late check out I was offered lunch instead of breakfast. Didn't like it was further away from byward market then what was told to me

Exceptional

Absolutely fantastic! Great location, easy to find parking entrance as with the construction happening downtown some hotel parkings are hard to navigate. Room is spacious and super clean and comfy. Ice machine available and tab water is drinkable and delicious. I'd return for sure. Highly recommended.

Rooms felt small, somewhat claustrophobic with the absence of windows, aircon in corridors were far too cold, low roofs in basement parking, impractically small and warm elevator to parking, mundane breakfast options.

We arrived around 3:30 and although they state you can check in anytime after 3, the room was not ready for us and we had to wait around in the lobby for more than 20 minutes .
