Beautiful hotel, a bit pricy, but worth it if you want a comfortable stay near Toronto Airport.

The Hotl design and layout is beautiful and elegant. The lobby is stunning, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and understanding. The breakfast was super good and had so many options. I liked that they give every guest complementary 2 alcoholic drinks and some snacks during 5:30pm. The area is also not far from some good restaurants.

When we arrived there was some issues with the fire alarm being pulled and we had to wait outside in the cold while the fire department came and turned it off, after the elevators were not working so it was hard to go up to our floor and leave our stuff. And after we couldnt return the cart downstairs. We also had to take the stairs the first day because they had. not fixed the elevators. After that there was no issue, they went back to working just as they should. Also the hotel is a bit far from more tourist destinations in Toronto, so if thats what you want you might need to plan a bit more due to traffic.

Stayed here because it was close to the airport. Likely would choose somewhere else next time

Very comfortable bed and super cosy pillows

Street noise and internal dripping sound all night. Not keen on cold tile floors in the room.

Very good.

Location, comfort, staff were very nice , helpfull and polite.

We could have done with a weighing scale somewhere on the property. A server came by with a request for a tip-except it was self service.

Heerlijk verblijf, goed gelegen en snel downtown

Bedden waren goed, lekker stevig. Ontbijt was oke, je kon een lekker eitje laten bereiden door de kok. Ruime kamers met goede douches. Airco was aanwezig (wij hebben m uitgezet want voor ons iets te fris). Gratis pendelbus naar Airport is top.

Pendelbus vol, dus moesten we wachten. Wellicht is een groter type handiger.

Mes filles étaient déçu car il n’y avait pas les macarons, alors que sur les photos du petit déjeuner, on voit clairement des macarons sur les photos.

La colazione pur partendo alle 4 del mattino è stata regolarmente offerta nei l8miti del possibile con caffè e plum-cake. Tuttavia i plum-cake erano praticamente immangiabili

Great beds and location are the only pluses.

The bed was wonderful. Mornng staff very attentive.

No coffee pot in the room; breakfast not until 7:30 on weekends; oppressive decor--all grey and austere; check in clerk unsmiling.

Great for a break between flights

Shuttle picked us up at just before 2am after 22 hours travelling from NZ.and we arrived at at the hotel about 5 minutes later. The Receptionist wasn't able to locate our booking but arranged the same room and was able to offer us late checkout that day at 1pm without an extra charge.. We were informed when we checked out that the booking was found a few hours later. Room was on the 7thfloor and was a 2 room king so plenty of room for all our bags. Good sized bathroom and very clean with good facilities. Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from and no paper or plastic throw away items. Highly recommend.

Short but will definitely return

Really friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in. Yummy room service, laundry facilities and great bar. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly. Very convenient complimentary service from the airport. The hotel is well kept and maintained. Our room was spacious and clean/comfortable. We would book here again.

Nothing. Price was a little high for one night but comparable for the area.

Our stay was comfortable for the most part!

Tha breakfast is amazing. You get a lot of choices! The rooms are spacious and comfortable! We.love the layout of the rooms!

The cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom. The back of the door was full of yellow spots and someone's hair. The road beside the hotel was very busy on a Friday night with cars racing and reving their engines at 11 to 12 pm. It made a lot of noise when your were trying to sleep. This was our second time staying there. We had a room on the opposite side of the hotel, the first time, therefore we didn't hear the traffic as much. The breakfast is free with your stay but you have to pay a gratuity for a buffet style service. That should be included in the price of the hotel. Free is free! The rooms are not cheap! The ventilation system is a little loud at night, again when you are trying to sleep.

Hôtel moderne et spacieux

La chambre était spacieuse et bien agencée. Le petit Déjeuner buffet. Le service repas à emporter proche de l’accueil où sandwich, snack et boisson sont en vente et permettent un dîner sur le pouce quand on est fatigué.

L’odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs, le bruit car les gens parlent fort sans se soucier des personnes qui dorment.

Un bon emplacement à prix correct pour visiter Toronto via UPE

Personnel charmant. Super petit déjeuner, avec chef pour omelette à la demande. Propre. Chambre correctement équipée. La navette aéroport vraiment pratique (avec UPE pour rejoindre le centre de Toronto)

Extérieur parfois bruyant (ventilation des climatisations à l’extérieure je pense). Navettes vers aéroport à horaire aléatoire et souvent surchargées, notamment un chauffeur pas très sympathique (a fait voyager debout plusieurs passager)
