It was acceptable for the price I paid

Breakfast was ok for the price of the hotel. Coffee was better than any other hotel breakfast that I have been to during this trip. I think the kids, and a colleague, enjoyed the pool and how late it closed. The bed was clean and comfortable. Closet/cabinet space was ample. The location of the sink was a bit off in my room, but the connecting room's placement of the sink, bath and toilet were much better. The towels were a bit hard. Toilet and shower areas were dark/not well lit. The location was perfect! Just beside it is Robinson's mall for all the groceries/toiletries that one might need. Its easily accessible as well, and not far from the airport.

I saw there was a light bulb in the toilet but not for the shower. The toilet light was busted and called on to the front desk to have it fixed. Until i checked out, nobody came to fix the light so it was dark and frustrating to move around that area. I booked through Booking.com and placed 7 people so it suggested 2 rooms from this hotel. Seeing that the other room can accommodate 5, good for me and my 3 kids plus the nanny, I got this one and the other room for my 2 colleagues. In the evening i checked in, they have to call me to let me know that i have to pay extra for 1 more person cpz the big room was listed for 4 only. I dont know why Booking.com suggested for us to have those 2 rooms and didnt have provision for 1 more person. I did ask if they can just waive that since 2 of my kids will not be availing of the breakfast anyway as they have a special diet, and we were not asking for an extra bed, but the hotel insisted i paid for 1 more person since it stated 4 only in the description in Booking.com eventhough I placed I need 2 rooms for 7 people. Bigger hotel chains would usually accommodate especially I have kids with special needs. The floors in the common area were a bit dirty, i think from the people who were dripping coming from the pool (Im guessing cos its everywhere along the way to our room), and the elevator has an off smell.

Relaxing and amazing

Great and great

Honestly I really liked the location, the cleanliness, and price, staff was very friendly and accomidating. It would have been nice if the pool was cooler and the gym had more private curtains but that was it. The parking away from the sun was great considering the heat

10/10 hotel. I love it!

It is super close to the airport, no hassle in transportation, easy access to malls and they have super delicious breakfast buffet! 10/10

Personally when i check in hotels i always wanted to be designated into a higher floor but since there is an event going on we were assigned on the first floor. But its ok there is a veranda outside our room where you can read have a coffee and enjoy the morning sun! We would like to come back to try other rooms and see the other views hue hotel may have to offer.

Nice hotel for a short stay

We were only stopping for one night but we managed to check in and use the swimming pool and gym. The facilities are good and the room was nice. The entrance is lovely and the restaurant provided reasonable food.

No major negatives.

Worst Staff - at front desk

The Room was allright, nothing special. Didnt look as good as on the pictures online tho.

The service was terrible. We arrived early from El Nido after a 6 hours drive... I informed them about our early arrival. Our room was not ready and we had to pay a fee for early check in (1'500 Pesos). We didnt use the mini fridge but we bought 2 sprite and just switched to the cold ones in the mini bar. They noticed that bc they were marked so we had to pay for them too. Staff at the front desk does ignore all your complaints and as soon as you start to argue they pretend to call someone and then tell you: " yes sir, that is our policy i just checked" I really expected more of this hotel. They were the only one that did not even contact us ahead of time to maybe organise a tranfer no, we had to do that all ourself. Never ever again.

Breakfast, has a good selection/variety of food to choose from.

Flooring specially in the bathroom. Even though the floor is dry, I had an accident that caused me to slip and hurt my left back, both knees and 3 right toes. Good thing, nothing serious happened like a head injury. I'd like to suggest the following to reduce the risk of accident or injury: 1.Install Grab Bars 2.Install Non-Slip Surfaces 3. Complimentary slippers replacement , it should be non-slip. 4. Intercom or phone inside the bathroom for emergency purposes. Thanks to the Front-Desk Staff who gave me an ice pack and a bucket of ice.

The hotel and staff were wonderful! We enjoyed the in-house restaurant and the location was very close to a mall. My expectations were succeeded and I would definitely stay here again if I travel back to Puerto Princesa!

everyone at the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. they have their own transfer to and from the airport which made it easy. The complimentary breakfast was good, had no complains. the hotel was clean. I would definitely come back again

The room was amazing, and the hotel rooftop is also a nice place to hang out. Front desk staff were very sweet.

Service at the rooftop bar was a little slow and the massages at the spa were inconsistent (one was great, one was sub-par.

Great stay! Highly recommended!

the suites were huge!

our air conditioning unit was broken. although their maintenance team went up to check on it. they weren’t able to fix it. such a shame cause the sheets were so soft. ended up sleeping on top of them.

Pleasant stay in Palawan

The staff were accommodating. We have a morning flight and arrived way too early. Though we had to wait a few hours, they still allowed us to check in 5 hours earlier wo extra charges. They also took our luggage after check out, as we still have our tour in the afternoon.

There were not much view from the room window
