Location and the Staff at the reception desk, especially the Iris Irish Man very nice and helpful

The sheets were dirty, on beds, no cleaning service upon our stay

Would stay here over and over again! Very nice

Very clean! Beds are comfortable! And one thing I do not usually get to say, the pillows were actually comfortable! Over 3000 miles of driving on this vacation and this is the best stay yet!

Found a vending machine with snacks but no drinks so bad to go to gas station

We reserved a Queen Suite but room was more of a standard room with hot tube.

Location, convenient, good food, restaurant staff was not very knowledgeable of menu, pool was not heated very well, had too much noise from neighbors. Would stay here again if prices for rooms weren’t so high.

It was alright.

I love the location of the hotel!

I didn’t like that they charged an arm and a leg, I didn’t like there was no water fountains so I had to pay for water! I also didn’t like that they didn’t have breakfast.

the location was perfect to go and see the monument multiple times

the shower head was very low and made it difficult for anyone over 5’ tall to wash their hair

Not a big deal but the floor boards made a lot of noise when walking, change the toilets to a bigger size..

Late night hour check in

We liked the fireplace, that there was no check-in end time, breakfast had a variety & our room was main floor level.

We did not like that front desk didn't come out and check us in for over half an hour. My reservation was lost and get a different room. Too much chlorine in the hot tub.

Pop at the front desk was super nice.. The lobby was one of the coolest places I have seen. (if you love wildlife)

how unorganized it was when we arrived my card was charged and it’s still pending and the total was not correct. they never cleaned up our room.

The location is great, the price is overall what I was expecting

I did a reservation for two rooms, we did get any housekeeping service on the 2 night, the vending machine was out of order, my tub was clogged 😞.

Craft fair stay

Beds were very comfortable!!! Room was very clean.

In the evening in the hallway we're kids running up and down . One was screaming it was keeping us awake.

Exceptional

It was close to our destination. Plus the fireplace was amazing. Also indoor pool and hot tub was also a plus. Some of my friends got the name and are going to book here when they go to Mount Rushmore.

Bed and pillows the best.

Nothing to eat. Arrived after 7.30p, restaurants either closed, packed, or no help to serve people. Had terrible food at restaurant bar on side street, 2-3 doors down, warmed over, stale and gross for $25.

Customer service was outstanding. The location was absolutely fantastic.
