Would be excellent if they can control 2am pool parties

Location and facilities fantastic

2am-6am drunken souls jumping in the pool and screaming. Beds are very firm

Superb apartment with fantastic views.

Apartment 406. Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment with stunning views. Really friendly and welcoming hosts. There were a couple of issues on arrival, nothing major, but the hosts couldn't do enough to resolve them as quickly as they could. Booked us a transfer to the airport. Air conditioning was great and kept the apartment was really cool throughout, despite the heatwave when we visited !! All in all couldn't fault the apartment in any way and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The complex it is in has seen better days, but that didn't affect us in any way. The only down side is the having to get up the hill to the strip. But if you want to be beach side it is a sacrifice you have to make !!

Absolutely perfect

Everything was excellent

Everything was perfect bar I asked a man at the reception desk how would I get toilet roll and fresh towels and he replied in a angry manner in the shop and wasn’t helpful at all.

Beautiful area just a shame about the management of the complex as it has the potential to be 5 ⭐️

We were self catering. Location was excellent but how the building is managed is very poor. Absolutely no security, main door open all night so anyone can come & go. Groups partying all night, seemed a big hit for stag party groups. Pool area ok but sun beds were ancient, many of them broken & the rest were so uncomfortable. The apartment was good, very clean with a great view of the sea. For the money we paid I expected the complex would be much better managed which is such a shame as location & standard of the apartment was top class.

The apartment was in an excellent location, spacious, clean and comfortable..Great sea view.

The hotel complex needs better security to enforce pool regulations and the quiet time between 10:00pm to 9:00am as there were many young groups staying.

Apartment is in a great location. Basically on the beach and a short walk from the main strip

I believe the images of the ad did not do the apartment or location justice. It was a lot nicer in person. Brilliant location.

Great hosts and great location

Location of the property was perfect. On the beach with lots of restaurants. the hosts were great as we didn’t arrive till late. Couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. Would highly recommend.

Love the apartment so close to the sea and swimming pool! Apartment so cosy we have booked it again with a sea view for Oct it was that great!

That we were charged €40 as we arrived on a late flight! No water or welcome pack and everywhere was closed so we had to boil the water. No view only a white wall. No reception area for our apartment.

Superb Location To Relax or Party

The location is fantastic. 30 seconds walk and you're on the beach. Little supermarket, cafe and some restaurants / bars all on the doorstep of the hotel entrance. The main party strip is 10 mins walk up the steep hill, but at least you come down when it's time for bed. We used Uber to visit old town and it cost less than 5 euros and took approximately 15 mins to get there. The room was spacious, clean and had all we needed for 4 adults to share for 4 nights. I've seen some previous comments about towels not being changed. There's a washing machine we chucked them in there and hung out on the balcony.

It's a real shame there isn't a pool bar, but we just took it in turns to walk to shop and get refreshments.

A perfect apartment for families in a great location!

Location was ideal and the apartment was just perfect for what we needed traveling with a 10 month old! Maria Jose met us with the keys on the first night and she was so lovely!

It wasn’t cleaned during our 6 night stay and it would have been nice to get new towels and bins removed.

Beautiful ocean view apartment - Perfect Location & Pet Friendly

You are just seconds away from the beach Praia da Oura. Wake up every morning with the beautiful ocean view. We used the pool a few days and it was great, you get the breeze from the ocean. Lots of restaurant options within minutes. PET FRIENDLY, our chihuahua loved her stay too. The AC is brilliant, especially to cool you down after being outside in the sun all day.

There's no drink/food service at the pool area.

Marvelous location, close to Beach and great food.

Very good location, sympathetic and approachable hosts, good pool. Fantastic restaurants and beach within walking distance. Pet friendly, our small dog was welcome.

Overall, there were many issues with this accommodation unfortunately but the location was decent

The location and the price.

The apartment we stayed in was privately owned so the reception of the accommodation wanted nothing to do with us when we just wanted some toilet paper which wasn’t ideal. There were a few issues with our apartment. The shower head wasn’t attached to the wall so we had to hold it in order to wash, and there was a rusty nail sticking directly out of the wall which was a bit dangerous. The balcony sliding door would not lock which didn’t feel very safe. The air conditioning system did not work and was stuck on 24 degrees constantly; the remote did nothing. The TV didn’t seem to have any channels connected and just displayed a blank screen.

A wonderful place to spend Christmas

Flight was delayed by 2hrs, but someone was there to meet us when we arrived at the property. The location was superb! the idyllic beach was 20 metres from the entrance.

We were there for 10 days, but we were not offered a change of sheets or towels.
