8/10 recommendation, I would stay again but ask for the top floor

Nicely and newly renovated, the location is nice too

Kids were running around both mornings from 5am-10am and there was construction going on outside of our room so there was vacuuming at 8am each morning as well

Overall good we are happy.

Great location, clean room and good customer service but only one thing is bed are not not much comfortable out of 8/10. Bed was Sinking in the middle.

Bed sinking in the middle and noise come in from outside the wall-way.

Pleasant

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy. Bathroom was sparse but clean. There was a fridge, microwave, small cooktop, and sink for dishes. Good location and plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

The hotel was under renovation when we got there, the office floor was covered in rubble. The water main had broken earlier that day and they were fixing it. They offered a refund but this was the best budget option for us so we stayed. The water was fixed in about 5 hours. Only 2 towels and 3 pillows. The air conditioner also wasn't very cold.

Renovation means clean, comfortable room. Excellent value.

Renovated room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great. We actually had a frig and stove.

Couldn't drink the water. Ice machine was a floor down.

The filth of the bedding and room a roach in the bathroom, the front desk person was not shocked just apologized and refunded my money. I would not recommend anyone stay here. I definitely will not book a stay here again.

Short and unsweet.

The toilet didn't flush during our stay, the floor towel draped over the bath tub had black marks on it and the toilet paper roll was empty. I had written a complaint to customer service, seeing as the front desk manager didn't seem to care much. Not satisfied considering the price paid - Katherine Dyer (304)303-0414

Customer service at check in was great. Very friendly and efficient. In the morning when reporting the issues, they didn't seem to care. The cleanliness was worrisome and prevented us from even wanting to shower. We were exhausted and checked in around 2am.

the toilet worked perfectly and the water was hot. The bed was clean and comfortable and i got a great night's sleep.

A really nice place to stay. Superb value, great staff and room.

The checkin staff was wonderful. Eager to help, professional and clearly wanted to make sure my stay was perfect. And it was, clean room, quiet,very! Comfortable bed too.

Nothing. 10 out of 10 on all counts.
