About this villa rental
One of the oldest houses of Seccheto expanded over the years so as to be comfortable and modern, but which retains its ancient flavor, with the grape pergola supported by the "spars" (formerly the local inhabitants used the rails of the abandoned lines who had transported the granite from the sea quarries where it was loaded onto the ships), resting on granite pillars.
Halfway up the hill, from where you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea, on the edge of the town and immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by a rustic garden with flowers and fruit trees, the house offers two spacious terraces equipped with a granite table more 12 seats, enameled iron chairs, and deck chairs.
The house consists of two completely independent apartments, one on the other, with two large terraces that are very private. The eastern part is usually used by the property as a holiday home but occasionally it could be rented for a large company.
It is easily accessible by car from Via Vallebuia (from Via della Greppa there is only a pedestrian walkway) and there is ample parking in front of the entrance gate, at number 382F.
The bathrooms are absolutely new, in the largest there is a washing machine, a hairdryer ..., and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher as well as a 5-burner hob, electric oven and microwave. Outside, in the garden, there is a shower with hot water and a barbecue.
There is no air conditioning but ceiling or standing fans. For the cold season there are heaters powered by the underground gas donut in the garden. The dehumidifier can also be used, sometimes more valuable than heaters.
The apartment is structured in such a way as to have a central core with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (one double with a baby bed and one with three beds, one of which a square and a half), bathroom and patio; while the third bedroom is independent with its bathroom, and gives on the same terrace. This thing is very appreciated by families with grandparents or friends below, because, although they live together, they enjoy a certain privacy. In this third bedroom it is also possible to arrange a folding cot for a small child.

Really awesome place. House with plenty of space, clean, very well equipped with all we needed. Everything as described. Calm and splendid view! Walking distance to the beach.
Anna is a very nice host! She offered selfmade marmelade and dolci. Communication also before was perfect and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Helt fantastiskt hus med magisk utsikt! Vi vara alla otroligt nöjda med allt. Det var toppen att det var en separat del av huset som farmor och farfar kunde sova i.

Superschöne, ruhige DHH mit grandiosem Ausblick
Herrlich ruhig, tolle Lage, zu Fuß schnell in den Ort und an den Strand, liebvoll mit Herz und Seele eingerichtet, tiptopsauber, Küche bestens ausgestattet, Deckenventilator im Hauptschlafzimmer, Standventilatoren in den beiden anderen Zimmern. Wir haben das Inserat vielleicht nicht richtig verstanden - es handelt sich insgesamt um ein großes Haus über Eck, die südseitige Wohnung ist die inserierte, die Wohnung der Vermieter ist um's Eck rum und wohl nicht immer bewohnt bzw. dazuzumieten. Als wir da waren, waren die Eigentümer selbst da und sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Casa attrezzata di tutto, tranne la biancheria, che si può ottenere con supplemento.
Molto bella la veranda con giardino dominante la località;
cucina e soggiorno grandi e godibili.
Non impeccabile la pulizia dei bagni e la cura del giardino.
Questa vuole essere solamente una critica costruttiva per indurre la proprietà a migliorare un’alloggio molto apprezzabile .

Wundervolle Unterkunft mit super Terrasse!
Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft! Als vierköpfige Familie war diese Ferienwohnung für uns perfekt! Die herrliche Terrasse spendete Schatten, und ermöglichte einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung war top sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Anna verlief von Anfang bis Ende reibungslos. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an sie wenden und bekamen sofort Antwort. Zum Strand brauchten wir über die Treppen im Ort ca 5 Minuten. Der Weg nach oben ist steil, aber auch in max. zehn Minuten für uns zu bewerkstelligen. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Etwas abgeschieden vom Trubel über dem Dorf und dennoch waren alle Einrichtungen, wie Bäckerei, kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt, Bar und Pizzeria gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft von Anna uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne grosse Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick über die Bucht. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Ideal für Familien. Waren zu 6 während 10 Tagen hier und haben‘s sehr genossen. Danke Anna
