Agréable mais pluvieux et gris.

Excellent accueil, proximité de l'océan, lit douillet, eau chaude disponible en tout temps.

Salle de bain rénover mais a l'étroit. Télé mal située. Tapis propre mais qu'on n'ose pas marcher dessus les pieds nus. Oublié bouteille d'eau thermos en stainless steel dans le frigo au départ et plustard dans l'après-midi la réception nous a avisé qu'aucun oubli n'avait été signalé de la part du "maid". Donc la bouteille c'est volatilisé ?

Bonheur et tradition !

Le positionnement de l’endroit qui nous donne l’impression d’être au coeur même de la vie de la ville.

Il n’y avait de fer à repasser dans notre chambre. Toutefois, on avait la planche

Location was the only positive

Worn down and worn, the room had a musty moldy smell.

We love the walkable distance to beach and down town.

The location is fantastic.

Property is run down and furniture is very worn. Room was not as clean as I would like. Mildew and mold on and around shower stall. Shower was extremely small.

Very cramped. Bathroom tile and sink not clean. Toilet slanted to one side. Old fashioned decor. Internet kept going out.

Oldy but moldy

Location ideal,staff friendly .

Noisy, no screen on sliding door,mold on bathroom ceiling thankfully we only stayed 1 night.

I would return to this resort!!

Nice rooms with balcony. Enjoyed the perk of a pool.

Limited parking. Very nosy at night in hallways.

We were able to book for one night in Ogunquit during the summer which isn’t exactly easy to do for a quick getaway nigh

Amazing location and pickleball courts were a pleasant surprise!

Definitely dated but location is key in Ogunquit especially when the weather allows for a great sunrise and beach day!

Aspinquid resort

The room was very clean and roomy. Beautiful location. Quiet & serene considering our room was right on the main road. Highly recommend & I'd definitely return. Staff very helpful & friendly. Awesome water pressure!!!

The only issue was the bathroom floor & sink could b replaced. They weren't gross, but could b updated

Perfect Location

The location and proximity to the beach and downtown are amazing. Everything is within walking distance.

The rainy weather put a damper on our mood and festivities, but we made the best of the situation.

Will not be returning.

Great location with renovated bathroom. Nice heated pool.

Rooms (excluding bathroom) in desperate need of renovation. Room was next to noisy dryer vent, which would run from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Very poor

Great view.

Room had a very heavy, overwhelming smell of antiseptic deodorizer, had to wash every item of clean clothing when we got home. A lot of noise from above and next door. Will never stay here again. I expected a lot more, to say the least. Internet access was very slow, when it worked at all, unable to read the Boston Globe online, connection was continually lost.

Great location in Ogunquit for beach and restaurants!

Great location, midway between the Main Beach and the little downtown area. We easily walked to the beach and the many downtown restaurants. Another plus is the outdoor heated pool which we were very comfortable in, even in mid September on a breezy day. The beds were also very comfortable.

The parking is a little tough, especially in an extended cab pickup. Had to perform some tricky maneuvering.

good rates for the location so would stay there again.

The location can’t be beat! only a 2 minute walk either down to the beach or up to village. Also friendly staff and comfortable bed.

it’s a bit funky and dated inside. interior furnishings are yard sale mix and match. no outdoor seating on lawn, only at pool area. wished there was a hot tub as it was cool when we were there.

Location perfect, not a “resort” with our room

Location, location to walk to the beach and town

The room itself was outdated and needs work. No artwork on the walls. No dresser for clothes, Wifi didn’t reach our end of the building. We could hear every step the guests above us took,Floors very squeaky. Room smelled a little musty after probably being wet and sandy most of the summer.

Good location.

the doors for the rooms were old thin brown wooden doors with a actual key lock. The hallway smelled, the room had a mildew or something unpleasant smell. The room had just a chain lock. The room did not have a safe. Their was no screen on the slider doors. Their should be a light curtain under the shade for the patio so when you opened the shades to deck you could have some privacy and sunlight. When I checked in I was made aware of where the bikes were to use and where and how to use the paddles boards. The doors going into building to get to room were unlocked my whole stay.
