Exceptional

The house was well facilitated, clean and spacious.

The trash bin outside the garage was full when we checked in.

location is in a quiet estate and near a Westfield mall

The floor is not clean, there is stain on towels, the table and chairs outside the patio have spider webs and are dirty. The bed in master room is super small.

All the basic necessities required are provided. Location is excellent near to a big shopping mall. Neighborhood is good.

Heating of water not very fast, so it is a bit of issue during winter. Could do with a long mirror in master bedroom.

Great stay at very short notice.

The location was great and the house had good facilities. Kitchen had everything you needed to self cater for a few days and great to have the washer and dryer.

The shower heads in both bathrooms were broken when we arrived making having a shower a bit challenging.

Absolutely lovely & very comfortable

The property had everything we needed The bedding & towels were very good quality.

Although it is very conveniently situated it is on a main road so it was quite noisy with the traffic

Well maintained unit, great to have a secure garage for the car. Plenty of space and good facilities. Close to a major shopping centre.

The bus stop straight out the front was a bit noisy, starting at 6am on weekdays. The flip side is that this would be convenient for people without a car at the property.

Clean, Modern & Good Location!

We liked the styling, the cleanliness, the overall home was excellent in itself! Had everything you needed and was in a great location, also the communication was good!

The actual advertisement and bedding arrangement tells you there is 3 double beds, but there was only 1 double bed and in the remaining two rooms each had a single bed in each room. (So 1x Double & 2x Single all up) So this was false advertising we believe and I expected some reimbursement for this or to not be charged for the early check in, but the owner didn’t care much about it! We purposely booked somewhere with the 3 double beds as that is what our family needs, so had to try and juggle things around so our kids could sleep!

Good

Location was good, central to everything. Local selection for uber eats was good. Garage has a extra height roller door and my 4wd fit even with a roof rack.

No basic cooking condiments, oil and sauces. Dining chairs are a little uncomfortable.
