Great hotel in an excellent location with a fabulous brekkie!

This hotel is in a great location, easily accessible by train. The area has a great vibe - there is alot of development around the suburb (although no impact with noise etc) so suspect this will only improve. The room was large with comfy beds and a quirky round window overlooking the square. Breakfast on the 5th (top) floor is wonderful - and you even get coffee made properly (we've been missing Australian style coffee), and the views over the rooftops are fab. Communication was easy, as was check in. Gasoline Grill just outside was very convenient (beware they sell out quickly, so order online early).

Not really a negative - we got caught with the lift options - two for the same floor (check your room number).

Manglende lys ind i værelse. Følte det klaustrofobisk ( standard værelse) Musikken irriterende. Mere ro på Gangen hen til værelser mørke, glad for vi var et par

The look of the hotel and the breakfast was amazing!

I wish the windows were a bit bigger as it was a bit dark in the room.

Flott og moderne hotell med alt man trenger. De ansatte var hjelpsomme og imøtekommende!

God frokost med bra utvalg. Beliggenheten var helt perfekt for oss da vi skulle delta på et arrangement i Frederiksberg. Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsomme!

Great stay, friendly and very cool rooms. Awesome breakfast with panorama

Very nice and modern hotel in a formerly brewing facility of Carlsberg. Rooms are exceptional high and nice huge round window. Open Bathroom and separate toilet superb. Slept very good. Great service and friendly people. A nice giveaway is the complementary wine hour. Very great breakfast.

Location is a bit far off of the downtown area but reachable by metro/train in couple minutes. A bit pricey but same as compared hotels in the center.

amazing design and breakfast. unsatisfactory facility management and service

spa service. I booked this hotel to use the spa. Hotel promotes it has this available, but note it requires separate payment. Hotel and spa are 2 separate businesses. I wanted to book the spa, apparently hotel guests have a discount, but only at 8:30-9:00: who wants to go to a spa with a full belly after breakfast? Apparently sometimes afternoon slots are also available, but not in my case. NOTE: With special hotel discount spa access costs 120 euro. Eithweway I wanted to book the spa. The hotel staff sent me to the spa staff, the spa staff sent me to the hotel staff. clearly there cooperation is vague. Finally I booked the service independently from the hotel, the spa is impeccable but I paid 220 euros for the experience. This hotel should either improve cooperation with spa facility - or remove from booking.com they offer spa service.

Wouldn’t recommend.

Unhelpful staff. Were checked into a tiny room. We requested to change for the room we had paid for the next day. Which they did. Only good thing. Room smells of sewerage after being out all day. Elevator to our floor didn’t work until the last day of the trip. Had an unfortunate accident of dropping my phone into side of the stairs. They did very little to help. Got a maintenance person to look for “an hour” so they say. Could have been more hospitable and offered a breakfast on them to say sorry or a cab to the airport literally anything other then pathetic apology we received.

Njöt av atmosfären, de mysiga fåtöljerna och att det doftade så gott överallt.

Arkitekturen. Hur man fått ihop industrilokalen med ett mysigt hotell. Inredningen magnifik. Sköna sängar. Lobbybaren väldigt mysig och varm trots att det inte fanns fönster. En eloge till inredaren.

En del av personalen väldigt dryg utan anledning. Fällde onödiga kommentarer. Saknade handfat på toaletten. Som kvinna behöver man det några dagar i månaden…..

Nice stay but the parking …

The hotel is very nice, breakfast is super

Well the staff was gentle but not really always welcoming , the feeling I had is that it was more you approaching them than them approaching you Parking is a disaster, there is no discount for hotel clients and I have ended up spending up to 120€ for one night. They suggest 2 Parkings but they are not the same in terms of price and hotel staff should know it

Not good value for money unfortunately

AC was not functioning properly, had to ask for an electric heater not to freeze in the room…. in July. Water was dripping from the AC system and wetting the floor in the room and corridor. Our cocktail order was mixed up (exchanged when complained). No compensation was offered for the above mentioned issues experienced.

Great and different hotel in Copenhagen!

love the decor of the hotel. Rooms were spacious (we stayed in a standard double) and everything was incredibly clean. Wine hour is such a nice touch and the lobby areas are fab to chill out in before or after heading out to dinner. Location is close to metro/trains (5-10 min walk). Rooftop restaurant is lovely even if just for a drink. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Only thing is it should be highlighted that the bed in a double room is actually 2 single mattresses/separate duvets.

Wonderfull hotel

The interior design was amazing, personal was kind and helpfull, breakfast was very good and even when the "do not disturb" sign was out, they still provided some new towles and soap. Wine hour and nightcap was good as well.

We went in winter time and it was a little bit chilly in the rooms and could not figure out the thermometer. Other than that everything was excellente.

An extraordinary venue well worth staying in just 5 minute walk from the station.

The room and adjoining shower and separate toilet were spacious and comfortable. The double bed had two single duvets, which worked well. The restaurant on the top floor had extraordinary views and an expensive, amazing Italian menu. The staff were very friendly and attentive with a lovely sense of humour. The bar was in an open room with comfortable chairs and fire. It was very relaxing with some small rooms in the original part of the historical building.

When I booked, I did not appreciate that on the opposite side of the hotel the rooms had magnificent circular windows, whilst the Standard Rooms, had slits for windows, which made them very dark. Another chair in the room would have been useful. The long corridor to the room had spotlights dotted along the floor, was very unusual. The room was in darkness and trying to find the lights was extremely difficult, when we first arrived.
