In a prime location, close to the beach and overlooking the quintessential village green in Walberswick, Vine Cottage is a relaxing, spacious, beautifully extended, multi-generational home from home. It can easily be used as two separate self-contained spaces if required, with their own entrance and garden areas, so is able to accommodate 2 separate, but related, households of 6 and 4.

Nearest Amenities: Directly opposite.
Pets: Two well-behaved pets welcome.

Utilities: Electric hob/electric oven, fridge, freezer, water softener, dishwasher, washing machine, 10kg condenser tumble dryer.

Other: Towels provided.
Outdoors: Patio and grassed area, pond (children should be supervised at all times as the pond is uncovered).
Parking: Private off road for three cars.
Notes: 67mb high speed fibre WiFi. Travel cot and highchair available to use. Please be aware there is a pond in the grounds therefore children should be supervised at all times.
