Located only 1 mile from downtown North Conway Village – recently ranked the #1 ski town in the US. Enjoy Ski-in/Ski-out out right on Mt. Cranmore. This luxurious condo is brand new and in a great location. Unit is on the third level with great views in all rooms and elevator access. We offer three bedrooms, two baths, washer & dryer, dishwasher, cable and free WIFI and A FREE FITNESS GYM.You will also be given your own private ski locker at no extra fee. There is nothing you have to bring as we have fully stocked this rental with everything you could ever need. It is a short drive to Storyland, Tax-free outlets, the village of North Conway, Diana's Bath, and Echo Lake. You can also stay right at Cranmore and enjoy all the fun activities all year-round. Tubing & Mountain Adventure Combo - Includes (2) hours of tubing and unlimited rides in the Mountain Adventure Park for one person $49
Tubing Only - Includes (2) hours of tubing for one person. Children under 42" are free and must ride with a paying adult $29

Cranmore has been building mountain biking trails on the mountain which will open next summer, including selling passes to load your bike on the ski lift for more convenient access the downhill trails
This is a MUST-STAY rental – a beautiful property with so much to do nearby. Starting this month, the pool hours & access will be adjusted to maintain safety & aesthetic during our construction of the new phase of the amenities building, as well as Opechee Construction’s dismantling of the Fitness Center building & construction of the hotel. Starting on Monday, May 11th, POOL and HOT TUB (shared) will be open for weekdays from 4pm-9pm by reservation, and available weekends & holidays from 9am thru 9pm. This schedule will continue into September.
Regarding the reservation system – we have engaged a company called FunFangle into a reservation system for using the pool. Due to how busy we are it's a 10:00 summer check out, 11:00 winter check out..

My daughter enjoyed our family ski trip to Cranmore 30 years ago and wanted her daughters ages 11 & 7 to have a similar experience. The condo, the location, the amenities and the service was excellent. We had a most wonderful vacation.

This condo is a GREAT location for a family looking for a ski in, ski out vacation. We used the pool and hot tub daily. Our kids enjoyed their ski lessons too! We hope to return!

If you are looking for the perfect ski in and out location, this is the place for you. Everything was great, extremely clean and modern inside and out. You sit just above one of the ski lifts, and just to the right you can watch your kids use the outdoor adventure rides. Also a view of the snow tubing!!

We stayed here for a family funeral in the area. The property is clean and new. It is exactly as pictured. the beds were perfect. communication w Kerri was easy and response time was immediate! We will be coming back for sure. The location is perfect - with so much to do at your door step!

The unit and rooms were immaculate and very nicely done. The views of the mountain from our balcony were spectacular. We had a great time and the kids ( ages 6-16) all had a blast doing the activities at Cranmore. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun getaway in the White Mountains! This condo has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation. It is fully stocked, nicely furnished and so close to downtown. Everything felt clean and new. We have nothing but the best things to say. The property owner responds quickly to all inquiries. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommended! Also, since our view from the condo was the adventure park, we of course had to try it and that was also an outstanding time.

My family and I stayed at this property over the 4th of July holiday and had a wonderful time. The property was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the beds were all very comfortable. The condo overlooks one of the lifts at Cranmore and the mountain coaster and was so convenient for us to enjoy the activities on the mountain and all that North Conway has to offer. The pool was a great plus for the kids! The property manager communicated regularly and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting the North Conway area!

Perfect location for a great ski trip. Place was clean and exactly as described. All amenities needed were included. Extremely easy to get to the lift and the ski locker was a huge help for taking breaks during the day. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed having her grandmother watch her ski from the comfort of the balcony. Will definitely stay again!

This is a fantastic location, either for a ski weekend or to use the Cranmore summer activities. We skied right out the back door to the south quad, and taking advantage of night skiing it was literally right out the window. We stayed with our 3 teenage sons, had plenty of room and the kitchen was perfect for cooking anything you want. The owner is super responsive as well. This one is on our short list of places to stay again. Tom

Just a perfect stay! All levels of skiers inuding a brand new one. So easy to just come back to the unit without having to drive anywhere. New Years Eve fireworks viewed from the balcony were an added bonus!

Location and size of condo was perfect for our family. Condo was well stocked and clean and had a great kitchen table for all to play board games. Although we did not have any questions or need anything the owner touched base prior to the trip and during to ensure that all was well. It was great to have a ski locker so we could get ready and just walk out onto the slopes. We are already planning our trip back next year!

This unit is perfect for two families. The space was clean and everything you need as far as cooking utensils or cleaning supplies are provided. The owner is available and quick to respond to any questions. We loved the quick access to the lifts, Zips pub and pool/hottub. Everyone at the mountain is so nice and accommodating! We will be back! My husband and three little kids stayed at this property in August to visit Storyland and we all loved it! The kitchen was well stocked and everything was super clean. Check in was a bit confusing, but basically there’s a wooden cabinet next to the entry door to the building where you enter a code to grab your key. They are still building on the premises so you’ll need to walk through a bit of a construction zone to get to the pool, but the facilities are great otherwise! We would love to visit again some day!
