Beautiful, authentic Venetian holiday

It was very authentic, the rooms were private and although super central, there was very little noise at night

The only note I would make is that I didn’t have an ensuite but such a small note as it wasn’t even an issue

Clean and conveniently located!

It was such a cute hotel in a great location. In a quiet little square but around the corner from a larger square with restaurants and shops. Easy walk to the Basilica and Grand Canal. The breakfast was simple yet delicious and the staff were lovely. We were to first to sleep on the new mattress in the room and it was very comfy!

The room was rather small, we did book the external bathroom which was annoying and we probably wouldn’t do next time. But that is personal preference and not something that was a hotel issue.

It was quite nice.

Cute and rustic from the outside. Nice little courtyard. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were fantastic. I loved them all.

Outside our room smelled a bit funky. We did not have a “monument view”. Outside of our window was a wall.

Great location. Beautiful Hotel. Kind staff.

This property is like a quiet haven away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the main tourist parts of Venice. On the outside the property is rustic old Venice but on the inside modern, clean, up to date with fast WiFi. So there is a beautiful balance between the old and new Venice. All staff were wonderful, kind, caring and attentive. They were full of helpful knowledge and direction of where to experience the traditional old historical Venice and the new. Highly highly recommended.

The breakfast was very basic and did not meet the needs of special dietary requirements GF, Dairy Free, Lactose free. Everything else was awesome.

Lovely hidden gem with a related B&B nextdoor called Bloom. The staff are lovely people.

Great location and the nicest and most helpful staff.

The separate, although exclusive bathroom, is not ideal. And the shower doors allowed copious amounts of water onto the floor.

Exceptional hotel with super kind staff

Exceptional hotel, in great spot. The breakfast is really nice and provides everything you might need. The staff is very kind and friendly. Moreover, the room was very clean, and the bed very comfy. When I visit Venice again, I will stay in the same hotel.

actually, the property was unable to accommodate us, and so they placed us in the AlTeatro palace at no additional charge. It was wonderful.

the owners are amazing! so helpful and kind! the location is amazing and they prepared a spot for us to eat dinner outside while our baby was sleeping. just such a special gem and will 100 percent be back!!

We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed our stay. Good location, friendly staff and nice large rooms. The bathroom was very small but fine for a short stay. Breakfast average but enough options. Would recommend staying here.

The location was greaty. What we appreciated the most was the friendly staff - they were very helpful with every question and we even got an upgrade to our room. The breakfast was great as well!

Loved it - a great stay in Venice for our family.

We loved Locando Fiorita. Staff were all so helpful, the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, just a really lovely little hotel. The location was close to everything but also felt quiet and peaceful. Amazing combination. Eating breakfast outside was perfect. Would love to stay there again.

The air conditioner could have been a tad stronger, but we were there during an extremely hot time in August. It was still quite comfortable.

Nice hotel with good breakfast

Nice hotel at a very nice place, 3 Vaporetto stations nearby and also close to Rialto and San Marco. Room was fine and we liked the good breakfast outside. Very friendly stuff.
