Nemmeno una coperta per adulti

L'albergo è un po' in alto, bisogna percorrere una salita ripida per raggiungerlo a piedi, ma non è lontano dal centro. Entrambe le persone della reception sono molto gentili e disponibili. Parcheggio esterno disponibile a 15 franchi al giorno.

Stanza minuscola arredata con meno del minimo indispensabile, strutture evanescenti che non meritano di essere definite mobili. Bagno piccolo, doccia bassissima. La coperta, unico accessorio del letto, è cortissima e si dorme con le gambe scoperte. In un bustone di plastica ce n'è forse un'altra, che non si nota a una prima occhiata e che, comunque, non compenserebbe l'insufficienza della prima. Una struttura tristissima, che rende felici solo quando la si lascia.

A reggeli remek volt, annak ellenére, hogy nem volt különösebben nagy a választék. A hotel kiváló helyen van, néhány szobából a hegyekre és a tóra nyíló kilátással. A hotel étterme remek hangulatú, kiváló vacsora helyszín és a saját ticino-i vörösbor hihetetlenül finom, önmagában azért megérné az utazás.

A parkolás nem mindig egyszerű, a hely sem sok és a parkolónál lévő bolthoz érkező teherautók miatt néha a ki- és beállás is küzdelmes. Bár a környéken lévő hotelekben sem olcsóbb a parkolás díja, de így jobban fáj ezt kifizetni.

Our stay was peaceful and very comfortable

It was close to the train station with a bus right outside the door. There was a lift to the room. A large room with all the facilities needed. Staff were excellent and there was a restaurant onsite. Great value for money paid

Clean and com confortable

Room was clean and comfortable for one person. Staff were friendly. Tea/coffe maker was awesome. About location is a bit far from center, almost 10 minutes walk to center, 10 minutes to train and 5 minutes to lake by walk but with Ticino ticket, you are close to everywhere.

-Refrigerator/minibar was not working in a room. -Air conditioner is central and you cannot change the temprature and it was hot sometimes. -As other commemts mentioned breakfast was so poor even doesn’t any Bread tongs or for having cheese or ham

It was close to the train station and as our group arrived late, we communicated without problems with the reception to organize the late check-in. They also granted us an adapted billing method according to our needs.

A nice little hotel in a very central area of Lugano.

It was a comfortable hotel, with parking at 10Fr out the back, and the owner/manageress is very friendly and welcoming, bringing me a cappuccino as I waited for my room to be ready. The room was not large but adequate, and the window had to be closed to cut the traffic noise, though there was air conditioning. Breakfast was good, copious, and could be eaten on an outdoor terrace with a view.

If you don't have a satellite-navigator or a good map, the streets can be confusing, but that is not the hotel's fault, as it is on a major street and has a big sign.

Great location which is close to the city centre, the lake and the railway station. Clean rooms with all the basic things you need. Very helpful and polite staff.

The shower and toilet are a bit cramped. For me OK, but might be a problem for a fat person. Breakfasts are rather poor

Good hotel for reasonable money

A good budget hotel, which is located a little away from the city center inside the urban area, but everything is within walking distance. Polite and friendly staff. The breakfast is quite simple but you won't go hungry.

The number furnishings is fairly old, although the numbers themselves are clean. View from the windows to neighboring buildings. There is no hot dishes for breakfast (for example, fried eggs or sausages).

Rooms are the same as advertised. Choose carefully for the room you want.

The location. The room is bigger than expected. Even the small room I booked also offers a huge area. You no need to worry about your luggage opening area.

The small room is located under the basement 1 level. The bathroom is the same as advertised but it's too small for bigger size people. The water pipes are just located beside your bed and you can hear very clearly the sounds after you use the bathroom.
