NOT RECOMMENDED, i contact Booking to get a full refund

Pure Disappointment. Don't let the nice pool picture confuse you, this place is dirty, the manager is SUPER rude, and we were in shock from the way it looks and is managed. - The pool has brown dirt flowing and has a very bad smell of fuel. we must take a long shower to take the smell off. - Apartments have ants all over the kitchen and beds - The shower is very very old, the water is not hot, and without a steady stream - the laundry drying hanger is rusty and cannot be used at all, we had to ask for a new one after our clothes got stains of rust - The owner is very rude and did not give us the rooms next to each other as I requested

This property does not reflect the standard booking offer and in my opinion, gives a bad reputation. while I did the booking - the property looks very good, especially the pool, but once you arrive you feel deceived. NOT RECOMMENDED

The appearance of the hotel was totally deceptive regarding the actual inside confort

Τhe hotel is spacious with good appearance and surroundings. It has potential if properly looked after and attended.

1. Rock hard beds!!! 2. Bad wi-fi. 3. Not enough TV channels 4. No side rack for bottles in the old fridge. 5. Smaller size of toilet seat cover of the toilet lavatory was a bad hygiene situation!! 6. Three chairs for family of four 7. No shadow for the outside balcony. 8. Lack of adequate light during night due to burnt lamps. 9. Lack of stool or chair near the mirror in the main bedroom. 10. The small window of the bathroom did not open! 11. Only one remote control for two different air-conditioner units in separate rooms!

Lovely spot close to Monemvasia. We would love to come back during the summer season.

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming!! Katarina gave us home made biscuits, orange juice and a bucket of oranges. The apartment was spotless and spacious for our family of 4. It had everything one could need. The heating worked well which was important as it gets cold at night in February. The location is very peaceful.

Excellent value apartment with spacious accommodation and an attractive pool.

Spacious apartment with 2 rooms, attractive swimming pool complex, and an attractive rural location close to the sea and within easy access of Monemvasia and other local sights. The owners (Katerina and Nikólaos) were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Superb

The location is close to Monemvasia at about 8 minutes drive; Also, close to the beach; The studios was clean, with basic kitchen equipment. The pool had a good size, and the garden was a nice place to relax. The host was so nice and helpful; she gave us homemade cakes at our arrival, which was a really nice gesture;

The bathroom is a bit outdated;

Great value

Great view in the breakfast room. A very large patio with chairs and table connected to my room which made for a lovely afternoon. Great location near the town.

A little hard to find but worth the effort.

Everything is ok regarding the price and the ranking The owner is permanent at the property Even it was at the end of september, there is a clean pool available Ambelakia beach nearby is small but very nice and cosy Perfect area to relax

Because was off season ( end september ) only one tavern was open But this is more a problem of the area

The stuff is undoubtedly the most polite I have seen, the pool is big and can entertain numerous people with no issues. The rooms are very comfy and clean!

- friendly owner-family, especially the older generation was so lovely and welcoming - breakfast was good, lots of homemade greek specialties - we booked a family apartement and apparently is wasn't clear from the booking, that we would come with 2 kids; it wasn't a problem and was managed nicely - apartement good for our family (2+2) - good recommendations for dinner from our hosts (Tavern with best food in the area is just a few feet away) - beach (aprrox. 7-10' walk) is nice

- you need a car to go there and go to places from there - pool water was just like bathtub (but that's due to the hot weather and problably nothing the owners could influence...)

Superb

Friendly host who surprised us with some cookies and olives from the trees around the hotel. Apartment with good heating (necessary for winter) and comfortable bed. Small kitchenette which could be better equipped (dishcloth and towel for cleaning the dishes, a pan and more utensils e.g. a sharp knife and cutting board would make the cooking more comfortable). Free parking on the property and "OKisch" WIFI connection.
