Jako lijepo mjesto za kraći odmor

Osoblje je bilo od velike pomoći posebno lijepa cura s naočalama s recepcije.Kreveti su udobni veliki plus je što u sklopu bazena i sauna koji su uključeni u cijenu imate mogućnost naručivanje na masažu(uz nadoplatu) momak koji tamo radi je odličan i zapravo najviše bi se volili vratiti tu zbog toga.Dobro iskorišten kratki odmor.

Dorucak i nije bio nešto osim slastica.Velika mana je bila što kartica od sobe bi se često pokvarile pa bi morali ići ponovno da nam se napravi ali mislim da smo jednostavno tako potrefili.

Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Aussicht aus dem 13 Stock war fantastisch. Frühstück war mehr als reihlich da. Caffee auf dem 15 Stock einfach spitze.

Wasserkocher war mehr als abgenutzt der Deckel war kaputt. Spinnweben im Zimmer..das Bett ist in die Jahre gekommenn ( 1307 Zimmer ) die Araber sind sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht...

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The decoration of the hotel was great as well.

The sound insolation of the rooms can be a problem if you’re more sensitive to noise.

Doručak za 4 zvjezdice dosta skroman s izborom.

Trebali bi ste imati kutak za doručak u kojem ima i drugih proizvoda (šunka, pršut itd.). Nisu samo Arapi vaši gosti.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and excellent breakfast

Clean room with very good break fast (lots of varieties for vegetarian also). Bathroom good. Coffee/tea was available in the room. Staff at the breakfast area were very cooperative and smiling.

The Location and Staff were great, we had problems with our AC not cooling enough on the 12th floor but once they switched us to 4th floor it was better.

they charge for bosnian coffee during breakfast.

I won’t recommend anyone, and I would never come back again.

Breakfast menu, Cafe and restaurant menu.. are good and delicious.

- Poor hygiene. - The bathroom smells so bad. - Customer Service are not answering calls, and if they did, they don’t do what you ask for in a quick time. - Bad location = Bad smell & Bad view. - I can rarely see a smile on the staff’s faces, which gave us an impression that we are not welcome. I came with high expectations but it was disappointing to see what I’ve seen.

needs to be revied and fixing the flews

we stayed for 10 days the staff didn't clean the room as regularly as needed we had to ask for clean sheets and towels the hotel is far from the city center and illidja city center no coffee or restaurants around no public transportation such as bus or train you need a taxi to the city every day because the bus station was far the reception and the breakfast staff were very helpful and nice and answered all of our needs the air condition in the room was very low the breakfast was poor and it was almost the same every day the bed keeps moving in any movement we did in sleeping the view from the top floor is beautiful no luge man to help with the bags

The rooms were clean, comfortable, nice. Staff was great!

There was no carpeting, so everything was very loud. The slightest movement of the chair caused an echoed loud noise throughout the space. We even heard when the neighbors moved their chairs 🫣
