Habitación ruidosas

La ubicación

Colchones ya algo viejos, además la habitación contigua hacía ruido llamamos 3 veces a conserjería y no resolvieron el tema, una noche para el olvido

Buen lugar

En el desayuno falto la atención de ofrecer café expreso o huevos en otro formato. Lo demás todo bien. Una señora que atiende el desayuno muy amable, no recuerdo su nombre. En la cena muy buena la atención por parte de farit, muy amable.

No hay yogurt natural en el desayuno y que no siempre hay crema de camote

Breakfast was faire, the room was ok. the staff wasn't helpful. on our arriving and our departure. nobody help us with the heavy staff we were carrying

The location was very convenient. It has a pool. It was in a safe location. The breakfast was very good.

Might have been a better experience if not for the heat wave during our stay. It does NOT have an air conditioner, and there are not any screens on the windows, so insects can enter the room. Also, since we slept with the windows open, we could hear the people arriving or departing the hotel.

I would have given a higher score but the problem with the restaurant was very disappointing

Clean and warm it was very cold and wet in Coyhaique Most of staff helpful. Not all of them spoke English but would help with Google translate

We were overcharged each evening for our evening meal. We were charged for the wrong thing each time. The waiter blamed it on the computer system.!!

The hotel is excellent and especally the location is wonderful. But the meals......ugh.

Excellent parking area, excellent location.

Ordered Lomo de la Pobre......necesita Moto Sierra para corte....no puedo comer, denasiado duro.....NO ES "LOMO". If you're going to charge that much, please serve better quality, tender meat! And then you piled up about two pounds of french fries on it.....WHY? NO one eats that many french fries! So, as before, very unhappy with the meals.

Convenience and location is excellent.

Even though we had the extra "bolt" latch on the door, someone (female staff we assume) opened our door WITHOUT knocking after 9 PM and asked if everything is ok. WHY did this happen? PLEASE RESPECT the privacy of guests and DO NOT EVER enter the room without knocking. Anyway, WHY did she ask "is everything ok?" If everything was NOT ok, I would have called someone at the main desk. Next, serving eggs in a small bowl? I've stayed in hotels in at least 10 different countries and ALWAYS have eaten eggs on my plate....NOT in a bowl. And I like buffet breakfast, where I choose and select how many eggs I get. Instead I have to ASK for eggs, and then WAIT for them to be prepared. But overall, I still like DA hotels. I have stayed in DA hotels in Coyhaique, Santiago, and Iquique or Antofagasta.
