The property is absolutely breathtaking. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The 24hr check in option is great and the breakfast was awesome.

The breakfast was a little bit late so we had to rush a bit to be able to eat and catch our next flight. That was a pity.

aircon fan couldn’t control levels and water was dripping from aircon onto the carpet. Restaurant beautiful setting but food more quantity than quality so disappointing.

Great rooms with a fantastic view. Friendly staff. Free bottle of tasty merlot at arrival.

1. The pool was disgusting. It looks great and has great views, but is unusable because it's filled with algae. 2. If you cannot have dairy, breakfast choices here are unacceptable. We had free breakfast for 4 days, but did not even go there after our first morning. A shame really. Tasty and healthy vegan options are very easy to provide these days.

Overall the two days were excellent with great views within a beautiful setting

The restaurant service could have been better. To be told that because of the wedding we had to drink wine out of plastic cups and coffees out of paper cups was disappointing. The lack of caring when discussing these concerns was downright up acceptable. After spending what I did on the wedding and all the accommodation I think the service could have been better

The room is spacious and the views amazing, but the hotel need an upgrade. The gardens are well kept, the restaurant is good but pricey, okay choice since everything is far away.

The A/C need a serious upgrade, old and noisy. The tap water has the worst taste, and they don't provide free drinking water, you can buy a 500ml bottle of still water at R20 !! - seriously.

The service sucks. Won’t see me again.

No one at reception to check in. Even after confirming the time. Staff arrived 45 min later. Didn’t answer calls. Was there for a wedding. Had to rush to get ready by 3pm. 12 guests were delayed. Staff very unprofessional and unhelpful.
