Very good

Comfortable room. Not a huge amount of space but was perfect for what we needed for short trip. Decent breakfast and after ski snack offered.

Great ski vacation in lovely hotel

Great location. Best staff - helped us with everything and was so nice Warm hotel with great breakfast. Spa was great Comfy bed & very nice room

there was no provision for late arrivals and there was only one separate bedroom although we had paid extra for two double beds - the second room was a partition with bunk beds which was disappointing.

We will be back, definitely and that’s a rare statement, Oh Champoluc is a jewel in The Mountains.

We loved the whole experience, made to feel very welcome and had a warm family feel. And so close to the lifts. Really strong sustainable credentials too.

I have no negatives.

An excellent sunny week discovering a beautiful new ski area.

It was great having the pool and sauna in our hotel which we could book for private use. The breakfast buffet was excellent and substantial. Our room was very spacious for a ski resort. We stored our skis and boots at the hotel ski hire shop Tako (great friendly multi-lingual staff) by the main lift and the 5 minute flat walk from the hotel was a great way of warming up the leg muscles before skiing. We thought this would be an issue as we are used to ski in/ski out but it wasn't. The heated boot racks in the storage area were particularly appreciated - warm boots every day!

In our opinion, it would have been better to offer the delicious cakes at tea time after skiing (along with the biscuits and chocolate mousse) rather than at breakfast when they were on offer.

Value for the money is okay!

Breakfast is great and they follow Covid 19 regulations very well. Sauna and pool is also positive.

Walls are quit thin so you can hear if neighbour are arguing.

Unpleasant.

Comfortable sofas in the garden. In the centre of Champoluc - next to bars/restaurants and a few minutes' walk from the ski lifts.

Very basic decor: dark with hard-wearing, unattractive carpets in the room. Very old-fashioned furniture of mediocre quality. Tiny shower, dark room. Absolutely no effort made to make us feel welcome - greeted with a list of rules and regulations. Unable to access the swimming pool during the stay as it was fully booked. Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10 am.

A very good and efficient choice

Super tasty breakfast with "km 0" products and self-made cakes. The staff is very kind and gentle to solve every issue.

The disposition of sanitary equipments of the single bed apartment can be optimized, since there is not sufficient space between the toilet and the bidet.

Very good

Location and view! Amazing walks and views! Staff is really sweet and the breakfast is very nice! You get so much for such a good price! The furniture is dated, but very clean. Bathroom is dated but so very clean!!

The hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear some noise from the other rooms. But not much!
