Zelo prijeten prostoren apartma, s kuhinjo.

100 m avtobus, 150 m metro. Receptorka mi je organizirala taxi, za zgodnji odhod na letelišče. Vse pohvale.

Appartamento molto bello e pulito con posizione buona

La strada troppo trafficata la notte, ma il doppio vetro insonorizza abbastanza bene. Consiglio quindi di dormire con le finestre chiuse.

Bella Valencia, ma cambio alloggio

C'era il bidet! Bagno ampio e letto comodo.

Non funzionava la ventola del bagno, posizione dell'edificio terribile al punto da non trovare l'accesso. L'edificio sembrava in stato di abbandono, ma l'interno non rispecchiava la facciata.

Modern apartment on busy junction but convenient for shopping centre. No private parking.

Good location for Bio Parc (only 20 min walk) and there is large shopping centre, supermarket over the road. Metro / bus stops close too. The apartment was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The reception staff were very helpful.

There was mould in the bathroom shower, limited kitchen utensils. The balcony overlooked a very busy noisy junction.

Appartamento fantastico e staff gentilissimo

Tutto, staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile, Ottimo per famiglie, Appartamento grande, camere spaziose e un bel balcone. Bagno e cucina completa di tutti gli accessori. Ci han dato la possibilità di lasciare anche le valigie prima dell'orario di check-in in quanto arrivati presto al mattino con l'aereo dandoci così la possibilità di visitare con più comodità la città. Infine ma molto importante, l'hotel si trova a 2 passi da bus e metro che portano in centro, al mare e in aereoporto.

Sin duda volvería a los apartamentos

Bastante amplios y camas muy cómodas. El kit de bienvenida con varios productos de limpieza, un plus y excelente ubicación con buses y metro cerca y enfrente de restaurantes y centro comercial.

Llegamos justo a las 14h por tardanza en transporte público, avisando por teléfono sobre esto para poder dejar las maletas y la persona no fue muy amable, aunque finalmente nos atendió, fueron todo pegas y todavía faltaban un par de minutos para su hora y no íbamos a hacer el check in, únicamente dejar equipaje.

La ubicación es cómoda, está cerca del centro y con servicios de transporte, restauración y tiendas Justo en frente.

Estaban de obras en el edificio y había un poco de ruido por la mañana.

Valencia ci ha stupiti positivamente

L'appartamento è pulito e pur non essendo nel centro storico è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e vicino a viali percorribili a piedi.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella parte più vecchia del palazzo. L'appartamento è comunque molto carino e super pulito ma il bagno non finestrato ha un ritorno di puzza di fogna. Inoltre è ubicato su un viale a 8 corsie e il rumore del traffico è costante giorno e notte.

Pleasant

Comfy bed,, had a coffee maker. Great restaurant run by a lovely couple attached to the apartments.

Air-conditioner in our room was ineffective. Ironing board but no Iron. Sofa was very stained!

Very convenient

Convenient location with a mall nearby. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, well-equipped with everything needed. We loved these small packs with washing sponge, soap and even liquid to do the laundry, as well as the small olive oils, etc. Internet was not available in the "last" room, but it's ok - we were not spending a lot of time in the apartment. The receptionist in the first day was extremely helpful (we appreciate it!). We were leaving our luggage before the check-in time (around 11.30) and planning to come back at night and the receptionist was finishing the work at 19.00 taking the key to the place with our luggage. She managed to move the suitcases to our room before her shift was over! Big thanks for it.

Nice place, but lacked a little

Staff was very friendly. Shopping center with 2 supermarkets across the street. Clean apartment. Bedroom was good size with decent closet space. A lot of storage space available throughout apartment. Staff helped reserve a taxi for early morning airport departure.

Kitchen was lacking. Only had 1 pot, so cooking was limited. A frying pan would be nice. Shower was also a bit small. I'm almost 2 m tall and arms would hit door or pressure valve. Shower also seemed to drain a little slow. Couldn't find any clothespins for drying rack but made do

Good

Excellent location. Only few minutes walk to Turia metro. Apartment is opposite el corte ingles with a superb supermarket in basement of store.

Maid service insufficient, apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned. In a one bedroom apartment the circuit breakers will prevent use of oven and hob at the same time. Very basic kitchen equipment. Very noisy dual carriageway at front of building.

everything was good except one very important thing - WiFi was always broken. And when you have job to do it’s frustrating to go somewhere find internet everyday.

Superb

The flat was modern and comfortable. All requirements were provided e.g. all kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee machine, large TV, a good shower and large fluffy towels etc. The bed was comfortable. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a 9 floor building and there are 2 good lifts. The flat is not in the centre of town, but has good bus and metro services nearby. The Turia Park is also close by.

The main disadvantage is that the building is at a busy road junction with traffic all day and into the night. It didn't keep me awake as I thought it might. The windows are double glazed, which reduces the noise but, with all the traffic, it wasn't pleasant to sit on the balcony. Whilst the sofa is quite comfortable, it would benefit from cushions. Similarly, the bed pillows are thin and I needed two, which was fine for me alone, but if there were more people it would need more pillows. Perhaps they are available from reception, but as I didn't need them I didn't ask The most irritating internal noise is the unpleasant sound of scraping chairs on the upper floors, as would be mine for the flat below. This is easily fixable by attaching self adhesive pads..

it will be great if it is possible to stay with dogs. we have a corgi dog and next time we are going to come with him to Valencia. but it will be impossible to stay in that hotel because the dogs are not allowed

Good location

I asked Not to be in a room opposite ECI...My request was ignored,,even tho plenty of notice was given. The balcony was tiny, cramped and very noisy.. the washing rack was faulty as I couldn't get it to lock.

Noisy due to Las Fallas being on but would stay again.

All the reception staff were very pleasant. We were able to leave our keys in a post box as we were leaving before reception opened. There was a locked area to leave our luggage while we waited for our apartment to be available. There is a very good shopping centre with restaurants across the street. (Shops not open on Sundays) and a BP garage a short walk away for very basic items. It is within walking distance of the centre and all on the level for walking.

It would have been useful to have a second pillow each as the pillows were very soft. The kettle and toaster need replacing just from wear and tear eg lid not closing, toaster not staying on. The shower is tiny and we are not big people. At best it is a 700mm. You need to step out to dry off and if you turn in it, it's very easy to knock against the control and freeze/burn. We asked for a bottle opener which didn't arrive so we didn't ask for any other items and managed without. Las Fallas was on so there was extra noise from the fireworks and singing which the double glazing couldn't keep out.

Good size apartment. Good facilities. Good location. Easy check in and check out. Luggage storage accessible. Only criticism would be cleanliness.

The apartment appeared not to have been used for a while and really needed a clean to freshen it up.

Superb

Nice apartment, near the city center which can be reached by metro or even on foot. Pleasant staff, clean apartment, although at a bit noisy location, traffic was pretty loud even with the closed windows. I would recommend anyway!

We had to change three rooms, because of rooms had strong cigarette smells. The hallway was also filled with cigarette smells when we needed to go out.

Not worth the price

Clean apartment. Pleasant staff and smooth check-in.

The apartment has a strange odour (as if the garbage was left inside for too long) and you can smell it each time when entering from the outside. There were ants in the bathroom which of course spread across the bedroom, entering the suitcases on the floor and ended in the beds and sheets. Wi-fi can only be used in one room.
