Justo para hacer una noche.

Ubicación, el colchón, que hubiera secador de pelo, el detalle de dejar agua en la habitación. Y tener café, té, cacao, zumo, unas galletas en la sala, no lo tomé pero creo que es un buen detalle. El acceso, muy cómodo.

La llave de la habitación, no se podía cerrar la puerta. El agua de la ducha apenas salía caliente, tampoco la del grifo. Al día siguiente por la mañana del grifo si salía caliente, pero tampoco tanto la de la ducha. La almohada, aunque esto es algo personal claro. La sala para desayunar, comer... Tenía un olor desagradable, como a cerrado.

Mala noche en un mal lugar

Nada.

No me ha gustado nada: las puertas no son opacas y no hay intimidad, la habitacion es muy pequeña y parece un armario, varias habitaciones estan debajo una escalera por la que pasa gente a todas horas y hace mucho ruido. No hemos podido dormir en toda la noche. Si tienes claustrofobia, ni se te ocurra venir aqui. La habitacion que nos han dado no corresponde con las fotos. Se merece un reembolso

Genial

Había leído algunos comentarios malos y estaba un poco asustada, pero el alojamiento es tal y como sale en las fotos, precioso, muy coquet como está de moda ahora. Hay té y cafe disponible en la cocina, la cocina preciosa con una chimenea de mentira pero que da el toque acogedor. El pueblito precioso y no os perdais caminar hasta el pino gordo que es muy lindo. Ah y la alimentación de abajo del hostal está super bien para comprar embutidos, hacer bocadillos o lo que sea. Lo recomiendo.

Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se escuchaba todo de la habitación de al lado, afortunadamente eran unas chicas tranquilas y no roncaban.

The worst hotel I have ever been

Room is super small, in fact it is a part off hall with wall. There were no window and the doors was partially visible to let light into room, but this visible part of doors does not have glass, so it was open view and sound to the hall. Starting 6 am it was impossible to sleep because of noise from the hall.

Great stay - Great people

I was there for a wedding. The room was enormous (the bathroom was plus-size and well-lit), the bed was comfy and plenty of pillows. Breakfast has a variety of options. The most stunning thing was the staff: they were nice and helpful when needed =)

Not really important: Just the coffee on the breakfast. The machine is slow and would be better to have a coffee machine likewise the ones in a cafe.

Superb

It was a lovely big room, with a huge bed. The bed was comfortable. There were lots of period features and the room was full of character. The decoration was great and we felt like royalty!

The bathroom flooded a little which wasn't great. But the water was warm and shower strong! It did get a little cold at night - and there is no heating in the room, so our stay in February wasn't the warmest.

The hotel is situated at probably one of the best locations on Tenerife, close to the mountains and with a cute village and plenty of hiking trails at your doorstep. The hotel is also definitely one of the cheapest in the area

My room didn't have any window to the outside or ventilation so after a few days the smell wasn't that pleasant anymore. The rooms (especially the floors) were also very cold and there was no sound isolation in the building so you could everything. The wifi-connection was also pretty much non-existent outside of the living room (inside it was pretty decent). I also found the beds too hard

A little place to stay in the heart of Vilaflor!

The location in the center of the Vilaflor was great, the water bottles in the room was a great touch and contact with the hosts was easy. My room was as per the photos and my expectations.

The wifi didn´t reach my room at all which was disappointing. Parking close by is complicated so don´t expect it to be easy, but there are options.

The location and the building is really nice and authentic in Vilaflor with colonial furniture. the living room and the patio also provides place to stay or sit with coffee/tea and electric fire place. Bed was comfortable.

The room (La Gomera) was very small, no window and could very bad isolation so you can hear everything from the corridor. It was a bit warm and no air during the night. Also very small for two people. The other rooms can be bigger and a good value for money but this was too expensive for its value.

It has no windows .The room we got,El Hierro,was so small I was touching the wall with my feet in bed.No milk for coffee in the morning.

The place is more like an AIRBNB, there were absolutely no other people at the hotel when we were there. We checked in through some passcode to the door. Felt like a ghost hotel :) That being said, the room was well prepared and clean.

The main disadvantage is the location. Although it is a bit closer to Teide, there is nothing to do in the neighborhood and virtually no restaurants or cafes nearby.

I booked the wrong room - it was facing a noisy road. Hotel did recommend i change the room type after I booked but i did not notice their message. Overall hotel and stuff were wonderful, i loved the decor and the spacious rural feel and gladly stay there again...but because of the noisy road i did not manage to sleep. There are other rooms that are quite, make sure you book those if quiet room

Positive experience

The room was very spacious The forniture was rural as expected - and I liked it :) The bed was extremely comfy - only one blanket but super warm I had a very smooth check in and check out, the staff was also super flexible in regards to my timings which I really appreciated In front of the hotel there's a tiny supermarket and in 2 min walk 2 restaurants and a bakery Vilaflor in general is a nice, quiet, and tiny town whose surroundings are worth exploring

The shared bathroom was cold inside and the shower was not so appealing after a long day of walking :)

Degraded from what this place once was

I stayed in this charming old (guest) house in November 2019 when the stay was nice. This time I was disappointed - there is no employee there, no breakfast and it is not even possible to use the kitchen or at least heat some water for tea or coffee. It's a pity that this lovely place has degraded so badly. Corona is not and can not be an excuse. The only good thing are bed mattresses, those are really good.

No breakfast. No option to use the kitchen or at least make a coffee or tea. Towels could be better, or at least washed and dried properly. The bathrooms could have been in better shape - cleaner and fully functional. The light bulbs need to be replaced in many places with warmer and brighter ones.

Cold water in the shared bathroom. Dark and cold rooms. Another client of the hotel got stuck 30 minutes in the bathroom before anyone from the hotel intervene cannot charge your phone if the light is off
