Non è assolutamente un 4 stelle superior

Siamo arrivati il primo giorno non facciamo in tempo ad entrare in camera che il lavandino perde acqua ed allaga mezzo bagno, mancava un pezzo del lavandino. I giorni a seguire ho avuto dei problemi con dei vicini che mettevano la musica a tutto volume, ho chiamato più volte in reception e sono intervenuti solo ore dopo quando sono scesa personalmente a lamentarmi della cosa. Il giorno dopo , la doccia allaga di nuovo il bagno. Il personale del ristorante continuerà a parlarvi spagnolo nonostante non siate in grado di comprenderlo, la cucina è la parte peggiore di tutta la vacanza. Il cibo è terribile, tutto da discount. Tutto è estremamente sciapo e scotto, la pasta è precotta se la vuoi calda te la cuociono per 3 minuti e poi te la buttano sul piatto,una cosa immonda . I dolci sono abbastanza buoni. È importante sapere che dalle 19 l'accesso all'albergo è consentito anche agli esterni dato che al 17esimo piano è presente un rooftoop, questo ovviamente non fa che creare file kilometriche per l'ascensore. Il design é l'unica cosa sicuramente da 4 stelle superior per il resto data la qualità dei servizi offerti non merita più di tre stelle.

Stunning propert, pool and roof top bar and infinity pool. Food was great and breakfast amazing!

It was beautifully furnished and so clean and modern. Loved the rooftop!!

I had room 1603 which was directly under the rooftop bar store cupboard so until at least 3 in the morning and again from 8am you could hear scraping of tables, boxes, things being dropped on the floor (the ceiling of the room) therefore no sleep!

der obere pool ist groasartig ,das frühstück war lecker .das abendessen auch gut aber zuwenig auswahl.das zimmer auf dem 12 stock ist schön am abend top .

personal könnte fröhlicher sein ,klimanlage hat kaum druck braucht stunden das das zimmer mal kalt ist .essen gehen ist echt mühsam besonders am abend ,man isst und die service leute sind wie die geier da reisen dir förmlich teller weg obwohl man noch was holen will ,wenn man trinken will muss man noch zusätzlich zahlen . no go für ein 4 sternen hotel

Si vas en familia ni se te ocurra este hotel.

Es nuevo, limpio y cerca del centro.

Es el hotel más aburrido (por lo menos entre semana en julio) de Benidorm, no apto para familias. Los niños mayores de 12 años pagan como adultos pero no pueden usar ningún servicio ya que prácticamente todos (excepto la piscina) son exclusivos para adultos. Si vas en familia ni se te ocurra este hotel… Todo esto hace que su relación calidad precio sea basta deficiente, estás pagando un dineral por nada. Si por lo menos en su web o en Booking, o en algún sitio pusiese “recomendado para adultos” pues te ahorrarías un buen dinero…

Unas vacaciones relajante.

Todo. Personal muy atentos en todo momento. Desayuno y cena espectacular y de muy buena calidad. Mucha variedad. Habitaciones grandes y camas muy cómodas, unas vistas espectaculares y muy céntrico. etc

El tema de parking. La calle es muy transitada y todo zona azul. Para acceder al parking del hotel es un problema por que no tiene vado y el suelo está pintado en azul, por lo cual los coches estacionan literalmente en la entrada del parking, pensando que es zona azul. Imposible pues entrar al parking del hotel. Deberían pintar el suelo en amarillo y poner un vado.

Cracking hotel and would definitely stay again

The property was lovely and clean with really nice, comfortable public areas. Great location and the breakfast was fantastic! Staff all very friendly too.

Given how lovely the public areas of the hotel were, it felt like the bedrooms could have been more comfortable in terms of their facilities etc but I am being picky, I would definitely stay again.

mooi en goed en stil hotel we zouden zeker teruggaan maar dan niet op het 16de verdiep

Hotel Primavera was een mooi verzorgd hotel met mooie kamers een tiental minuutjes van het centrum gelegen en het strand , het ontbijt was volledig , alles wat je maar kon denken was er !! Vriendelijk personeel

Om iets te moeten zeggen was het probleem met douchen , geen warm water en de druk van het water was ook niet zo goed , we konden ons bad niet gebruiken omdat het water te langzaam stroomde , had zeker een uur geduurd voor ie vol was ! de afvoer van de douche was ofwel verstopt of werkte niet goed want na 5 minuutjes douchen stond het water zo hoog dat het naar buiten liep , we zaten op het 16 de verdiep kamer 8

Lovely stay

Rooms where lovely. Breakfast was really nice.

Pool area doesn't get the sun until the afternoon. Location wasn't great for us, we will stay closer to the new town in future.

Highly recommend!

My son and I were in the a penthouse on the 16th floor. Amazing view! The roof top bar was also gorgeous, although always crowded. The bed and pillows were very comfort! As we arrived late in the night a rich dinner was waiting for us in the room. Thank you for your kind attention!

Exceptional

Loved this hotel location feel and 2 pools to choose from. The rooftop bar was so nice during day and night with music playing throughout. Only downside was it took forever to get a drink at the bar. Even if you ordered to table took over 20 mins to get it and if you went to bar wasn't much less! Would definitely come back but prices have now been put up way too high so won't be ba k until they come down!

Great hotel, Spoilt by late meals and late entertainment.

Rooms/Meals/staff great. Rooms to front have unrestricted views.

Late meal times, Lunch 13.30-15.00. evening 19.30-22.00. Late entertainment 22.00-Midnight Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Coach drops off at the bottom of an incline to get to it.

High end hotel for a stag do, perfect location with rooftop bar

Rooftop bar was an amazing vibe with great views. Rooms were clean and spacious, cleaned daily. Breakfast was very good quality, including fresh bacon and eggs good to how you want them. Great location just a short walk from the beach and the strip.

Most (except for one) members of staff at the roof top bar were quite rude and repeatedly asked us to prove we were guests at the hotel (even on our third day!). Apart from that I can't really fault this hotel for a stag do and if anything it was too nice for a group of stags!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Primavera Park - slightly spoiled by poor levels of service from some staff members - and

location - facilities - breakfast - room size - cleanliness - parking - Wi-Fi - bars - pools - roof terrace - modern design of the building

only 1 drawer in the room - poor selection of food at dinner - not all the staff offered a good level of service

Very good

Good breakfast with cooking station for eggs and omelette. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything you might need. We loved both the pool areas, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.

In the rooftop bar the staff on some shifts were not friendly and the waiting for one drink could be up to one hour. The rest of the staff were very service oriented and made our stay great. The dinner buffet were not to our liking, but on the other hand the breakfast was lovely.

the water stops every time we enter the shower, the hotel does not give you a robe, slippers and the food is very bad, I would never go back again oh and parking is paid for very expensive and don’t not worth the money

Exceeded expectations a fab hotel for adults either friends or couples

Room and hotel in general very clean and modern, food had a good selection in particular breakfast and dinner was fab. Both the pool and rooftop bar were fantastic, they had a DJ on at the rooftop bar in evenings.

Prices at the bar was a little pricey (as to be expected at the rooftop bar though) and service there was a little slow.
