Home is located in a quiet desirable neighborhood walking distance to Desert Breeze Park. Completely Renovated from inside and out with brand new furniture and appliances. Warm & inviting interior with over 2,400 sqft. 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Master bedroom has a California King, two of the secondary bedrooms are queens and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a aero bed in the middle bedroom closet. Home has desktop with printer/scanner combo, wifi, tv's in all bedrooms, Netflix, HBO, Showtime and a ton more channels! Backyard is a paradise oasis with pool, waterfall, heater, built in bbq and ample seating all throughout the yard.

The house is in a great location with a quiet and safe neighborhood, but everything is a mess in this house. First, I don't know if the person who communicates with me is the host or the property management group ..... the reply is so slow. He/She/ They took nearly 20 hours to respond to each of my questions, so I can't fix or solve the housing issue when we want to use it. It's ok to take maybe a few hours to respond to me, but not 18 to 20 hours. It's already another day. Second, the house is filthy. When we first get into it, there are some used bowls, plates, and utensils with food on the table and cabinet. The towels the house provides are dirty, and we can even find some hair on them. Third, the house is broken. The window covering in the bedroom next to the second-floor toilet is missing some parts, so it cannot block the light from outside. The second-floor toilet's water tap is unstable; every time we try to use it, the whole tap moves. The fan in the bedroom in front of the second-floor toilet is noisy, and every time we turn on the fan, the light must be on, which means no light, no fan. So my friend can't turn on the fan when she sleeps. Fourth, the pool was dirty when we arrived because the running water system was not off. There were no instructions for using it or turning it on/off, so we had no pool to use.

This home was just as you see in the pictures but even better in person. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and awesome communication with the Host. We had a gathering to celebrate graduates from High School and College with family and friends. They really enjoyed themselves. The backyard was heavenly, with a big pool, Cabana area, barbecue pit, and lots of seating room. I would definitely rent this home again and if you haven’t yet, you don’t know what you’re missing.

Really nice place to stay. About half an hour from strip and old Vegas. About an hour from Hoover Dam. Clean and had all the supplies we needed. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked. Would recommend.

Nice, clean, large. Really nice spot. No major problems whatsoever and the owners were very responsive to our questions and requests. A few very minor issues around the margins ( eg., no soap in one shower, or laundry detergent, directions on how to get tv access to apps could be written down, but we figured it out. Overall a terrific stay. Would definitely rent again.

The home was beautiful and well-appointed, with nearly everything we needed to host a family Thanksgiving. The house is clean, well-decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. My only feedback is that the beds were pretty uncomfortable, and it would have been nice to know a pool cleaner was coming so we didn't just find a stranger in the backyard one afternoon. Despite those two minor inconveniences, this was still a 5-star stay! Thank you!

Beautiful spacious home! Love the location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Pool is so nice!! And lounging outside was so nice. Kitchen is beautiful and spacious with all the fixings you need to cook up something yummy! Love the grill. Great home.

Where do I begin?! The house was awesome, beautiful, clean had a pool and outdoor bar! Walking distance to restaurants/bars & grocery store. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Owner was great to deal with. Not enough room to say all the nice things that could be said. Would ABSOLUTELY rent this house again in Vegas!

This home was perfect for the 6 of us. Location was great if you don't mind a short drive to the strip. House was beautiful, clean and spacious. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the bedding. Sheets were clean but comforters were well used and some had stains on them. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

I stay in a lot of homeaway houses. This one, by far, was the prettiest and most comfortable. I brought my 2 year old, and it was wonderful because the house is so close to a park that she loved. It is also convenient to the strip and grocery stores. The details in the house are amazing with beautiful finishes. The landlord was very responsive, thoughtful, and helpful.
