Located in a private and secure enclave on the hill of the Lowlands, halfway between Marigot and Porto Cupecoy, the Villa Sandyline will seduce you at first glance. From the top of the magnificent terrace, the breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and its sunsets is breathtaking.

Abundance and spectacle are at the rendezvous in this area which focuses on water games. Infinity pool, swimming pool with slide, spa, jets and water gardens are among the splendours of the property. From there, you are only a five-minute walk from the magnificent Baie aux Prunes beach.

From the exterior to Provencal architecture, you enter an interior with contemporary looks. The seven bedrooms and their private bathroom are magnificent. For your comfort, all rooms have wireless Internet access, satellite TV, adjustable air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a safe. Room service is provided daily.

A fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a huge living room and a laundry room with washer and dryer are also among the amenities offered during your stay. The Villa is completely private and, regardless of the number of rooms reserved when you book, you will be the only guests on the property during your entire stay.

What a spectacular property! As advertised. Staff was excellent. Housekeeping was nearly invisible but always had things tidy with fresh beach towels always available. Unlike many rental properties, the grounds were immaculate. If you want to play tennis though, bring your own racket. Even the piano was in great condition. Beach is a nice short walk. Not crowded. Close to markets and restaurants. Checks all the boxes.

This property was amazing. From the time we arrived until we left for the airport we had nothing but incredible memories. The staff was amazing. The property manager, Edmond was so nice and accommodating. My wife and I traveled with 10 teenagers which was a feat in itself, but the way the house was laid out with multiple casitas and private places we didn’t feel on top of each other. The pools were amazing. The scooter ride to the beach was so easy. Our chef, Emma created amazing meals all week. Larry from movement taxi handled our big group with safety and care. The whole 10 days was amazing from the time we landed till we reluctantly flew home. We are already planning our trip back for next year. Amazing house. You won’t fine better on the island.

Sandyline villa was an absolute paradise for my family and I. No words or pictures can truly express how you feel once your there. I Sandyline villa was an absolute paradise for my family and I. No words can truly express how you feel once your there. It is absolutely breathtaking. The views are just astonishing. The only thing we regret is not staying at the villa longer! We were able to play music, enjoy chef cooked meals, swim as we pleased, it felt like a dream. We can’t thank Nicolas enough for providing us with the absolute best! We were even welcomed with champagne. This trip was full of unforgettable memories. The sounds and scenes were something else. At night we were able to enjoy a sky full of stars, we were even lucky enough to catch some shooting stars! So so grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful villa. Looking forward to visiting again one day. It is absolutely breathtaking. The views are astonishing. The only thing we regret is not staying at the villa longer! Words l, and even pictures do not describe the beauty of this property. The layout is well thought out with the ocean views from every point of the villa and every bedroom. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the manager to the cleaners. We absolutely loved every moment and will be coming back soon.

I have to say that the property is as advertised (always an anxious moment while driving up to a rental!) Absolutely breathtaking with fantastic views as far as the eye can see! Nicolas, the property owner, made himself more than available to answer the MANY questions that came up in our group of 13. The food on the island was exceptional and added to our overall experience (Skipjack's is a must). Also, the sound system at the villa was awesome and was set up to be heard even while in the infinity pool. Lastly, if renting this property, don't forget about the refrigerator in the gym to help shorten the beer runs while lounging in or by the pool! 😊

This property was gorgeous!! We rented this villa to celebrate my parents' 80th Birthday. Everything was perfect! It was so perfect that I had a hard time getting some of our group to leave the villa to explore St. Martin. They were content with just staying at the Villa. There were 13 in our group so we utilized all 7 bedroom suites. The pictures on this site show the property very well but it is even more beautiful in person. Nicolas (the owner) was very responsive during the whole booking process with answering questions. Edmond (the property manager) took care of us by transferring us to/from the airport, being available for questions and making sure that we were having a good time. The Housekeeping staff were fantastic with their daily service and friendly manner. It was very convenient to all parts of the St. Martin/St. Maarten. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook some of our meals. We also grilled our food one of the nights. I highly recommend this property and wouldn't mind coming back again!! Thanks for an excellent stay and making our Birthday Celebration special!!

Wow! The villa is absolutely breathtaking! It is incredibly spacious - it felt like we had our own resort to ourselves. Definitely our best family vacation ever. From the time of booking, Nicolas was extremely helpful answering all of our questions. While we were there, the staff were all amazing and super friendly - especially Edmond! We cannot wait to go back!
