Woeful.

The incorrect property was fine

We weren’t given the property we booked a year in advance, we were given one 15 miles away from the one we were supposed to have. No communication from hosts explaining why we had been given somewhere else, weren’t told about the change until the day we were due to check in. When we got to the property we were given it’s in need of TLC. Shower fixture broken, toilet seat broken, kitchen tap wobbly, no tea towels, no toilet roll and needed a freshen up as a lot of cobwebs around

Fantastic stay much better and cheaper then a hotel

Location was ideal for our needs - attending a concert at Northampton saints Rugby ground. The flat provided us with everything we needed - comfortable beds, shower, kitchen etc. Access was easy and parking was in an underground carpark that was part of the block

Though there is a kitchen there appeared to be an expectation is that you won't actually cook/eat in the property - only 1 fork, and a couple of spoons. no plug in the kitchen sink - which would have been fine if there had been cleaning stuff provided for the dishwasher but there wasn't.

Disappointed

the property was close to the centre of town.

the property we stayed in was not the one listed. we stayed in Alpha house, which was confusing. it had 2 bedrooms which turned out advantageous as the double bed was pushed right up against the bedroom wall. so we slept in the other room with 2 beds pushed together. pillows rather flat. kitchen was basic in cooking equipment. Cleanliness was passable but certainly could be improved. overall I was quite disappointed.

the location

I had an issue to get the keys , I contacted them saying the time I was getting there then on the day I called them texted them and no one answered me .I arrived and had to call booking to find out what was happening . The place needs a renovation specially the carpet as it’s coming off in some places , has some stains and smell like dump .

northampton was interesting.

It had a kitchen

My husband reserved all the dining table legs as it was very wobbly. Main access door had been kicked in and boarded with wood, lots of shattered glass on ground. No iron available. Key return was difficult as shop wasn't open at 6am as advertised.

Great location, better communication needed and better maintainance.

Location great. Web site gave totally incorrect details for key collection. We were sent a what's ap message less than 30 mins before we arrived. It came as we were fighting our way through the centre of an unknown town. We are not the sort of people who look at our phone when driving so we turned up at the wrong place to be met by a rightly pissed off receptionist. Not a good start

Lots of things in the flat were broken. A window handle, which meant it wouldent open, the bathroom heated towel rail was coming off the wall etc. It wasn't very clean. The whole thing needed better maintaining

Great stay!

The location, cleanliness, WiFi speed, ventilation, quick response and lovely support from the host. Stayed for 3 days and this place was extremely comfortable one. Absolutely recommend it.

The location of the apartment was great, only a 5 minute walk from Northampton Town Centre. The apartment overall was also very comfortable and modern, and a great size for 2 people. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The windows were also a bonus as you could either tilt them or open them fully. The Smart TV was also another little bonus.

The main issue we had was that it was not made clear to us that a parking permit would be needed to be allowed to use the free parking that is offered under the facilities. The instructions on how to arrive and access the apartment were also very misleading. Luckily, we had to call the host to confirm that we were in the right location and it was only then that we learned about the permit. If we had not called to confirm we could have possibly ended up with a penalty charge for something we were not properly informed about. Due to this issue, we had to park our car in the Park Inn which was about a 5-10 minute walk down the road which wasn't ideal when carrying shopping or luggage. There were also small things about the apartment that could have been improved just to make it seem a bit nicer, such as the dent in the fridge and odd spots of blue paint on the white walls. Also, this is out of the control of the host but another little downside was that the apartment was right next to the lift that would ring a bell every time it arrived on the floor... which happened more often than we would have liked.

Fulfilled our purpose of staying centrally in town

Good location near town centre. Good undercover secure parking. Apartment very clean and well equipped. Good last minture booking as original property had problems. Very helpful host.

Could have done with another easy chair as only one 2 seater sofa

Comfortable and exactly what I was looking for.

The flat itself is lovely, a great size, facilities are excellent and it was an easy carefree stay. The windows are amazing being tilt or open (they open fully allowing maximum airflow). Courtyard was lovely, underground reserved parking a bonus.

Everything I didn’t like was out of the control of the owner! It had been a particularly hot week and bins by the entrance stunk so bad, and on the Sunday night the courtyard was full of screaming children using it as a play area, I have nothing against children playing however one in particular felt the need to scream!

Avery enjoyable stay in lovely settings. Would stay there again if the need arose.

The location is perfect for town. Ideal with off road parking. Easy access to the apartment.

The apartment could have been better equipped. For instance there wasn't a frying pan and the baking trays have seen better days. We ended up getting a parking ticket because the permit hadn't been returned on time by the previous guests( I hasten to add that the parking ticket has been paid by the host).

I liked the location of the apartment , it was spacious and well presented. The apartment was secure and quiet.
