We hired the Villa for 10 days, so the dates were exactly as we wanted. There was plenty of room for the 8 adults, ranging from 20 to 85 and a 1 year old. Claudio was very proactive on arrival giving us addresses of supermarkets, restaurants and activities. He came 3 times to maintain & clean the pool, although I have to say the pool was a tad chilly in May, could do with a solar heating system to make it more inviting. Maid came once during our stay for change of sheets and towels. There were 2 fridge/freezers so he must have addressed that comment from a previous review, which is definitely required for large groups. It is in a rural area but conveniently located for some golf, Villamoura and the beach at a few kms away. It's only a 30min drive from the airport. A car is an absolute must. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool and having bbq's. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa, met all of our expectations and more! Hope to return some day, as the cost was very competitive for large groups.

The villa was absolutely lovely and the area was peaceful with several activities just a short drive away. This villa is perfect for large families with children and pets. The owner was very approachable when presented with issues and queries. Overall, we had a great stay.

This villa was excellent value, but difficult to find. A short drive to shops and Vilamoura. No restaurants within walking distance. Six good sized double rooms and plenty of lounge and dining space and adequate kitchen. The mattresses were very firm. No villa heating or pool heating. Would stay there again.

The villa is beautiful anything we needed the owner was there within 10 minutes I would highly recommend this property absolutely fantastic thank you for having us.

This house definitely is what should be called a „hidden champion“. From the street you would not believe to find a home somewhere - but a soon as you enter the ground you feel like being in heaven. Claudio is a great host and made the stay a perfect experience for our huge family and three generations.

Nous avons aimé la grandeur de chacune des pièces de la maison la beauté du jardin et des piscines le soin avec lequel tout cela est entretenu et aussi le calme et la tranquillité des lieux les commerces de proximité (2 km) la réactivité positive de Manuela à nos demandes et questions Petit détail: nous aurions préféré du matériel plus adapté pour la cuisine (bols, couteaux de table, essoreuse à salade) Nous recommandons cependant sans réserve aux familles et aux amis à la recherche d’une agréable et confortable convivialité.

Hi 12 of us stayed for 2 weeks, we all had a wonderful time. Property has everything you need for a family holiday. We will return next year !

We stayed at Villa Manuela for 2 weeks, a family of 11 ranging from 6 years old to 60 years old. We all had a fantastic time, the villa was lovely and clean and in very good condition. There was more than enough room for all of us. The maid service was very good. The house was very secure with an alarm, shutters and an electric gate and there was ample parking. The swimming pools were amazing and we spent most of our time in them. Manuela was a very lovely and welcoming lady and very helpful and informative. The villa is about a 5 minute drive to the nearest main town with lots of shops, bars and restaurants and uber taxis are very cheap and reliable to get to and from the villa if you don't have a car. I definitely recommend staying here, we all had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning!

Wow! What can I say, all 8 adults and 3 children had an amazing stay at villa Manuela! Age ranges between 4 months and 55 years and this villa was great for everyone. Very private and secluded so could make as much noise as we wanted which is handy when you have young children and so much space! All fenced in and big electric gates at the front so no children escaping and all very safe. The owner Manuela is lovely, very friendly and very helpful! When we arrived my husband sister and niece went to collect the hire car and me and others got a transfer , unfortunately my husband got lost as its not easy to find and with high in sight should have just got the transfer to wait for him to follow but we didn't so he was lost luckily Manuela and her husband offered to take me in there car to find him and all was sorted within 20 mins he wasn't so far away but as I say the villa is a little hard to find, if you get a taxi then the best thing to say is it's down the road from kadok night club next to the pottery place over the bridge and you will be fine :) the maid comes a couple times a week and changes sheets on beds etc once a week , there is also a handy washing line to use but don't leave things out over night the sprinklers will wet them through! Very big and lovely bbq my husband enjoyed cooking on that! Take some DVDs for the kids as when it's so hot in an afternoon they loved cooling off in side n watching a Disney. There is no bath just showers which wasn't a major problem for us as the littlest one fit in the sink :) and the other children washed in the showers. Kitchen is very well equipt with plates glasses utensils pans etc maybe could do with another fridge freezer though as when buying food drink etc for so many ppl a standard fridge freezer was hard to work with 2 bags of ice fills one freezer draw alone, but again we managed fine we just shopped pretty much on a daily basis. There is an aldi a 5 min car drive away which was amazing value ! We couldn't belief how cheap the shop would come to and the alcohol was ridiculously cheap €1.59 a bottle of white wine!!! The orange lady at the end of the lane is also def worth a visit she does the best fresh orange for €1 a cup or she will fill larger bottles for u if there's a few of you it's gorgeous! You def need a car unless your happy with taxis , a taxi in to albufeira was around €12 each way , would recommend the Zoomarine also for a great day out, no where to really walk around the villa no paths
