True gem for vacation

We liked everything in the apartment. It was super clean, spaceous, and convenient. We had all the facilities we needed and more than that. The stop for the bus to the center of Bologna was a few minutes away. Thank you Mirco, you're a great host!

Séjour au calme dans la ville

L'appartement est très spacieux et bien équipés. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et pleins de petites attentions : gâteaux, eau dans le frigo, lait bébé, lingette pour bébé etc... on se sent vraiment bien accueilli. La Clim est présente dans toutes les pièces. Tout est très propre et confortable. L'appartement est calme et a seulement 30 minutes en bus du centre ville, l'arrêt de bus est juste en bas de l'appartement. Il y a également juste en bas, une supérette, un boucher, une pizzeria et un glacier super bon !

Tout était parfait ! Peut être à savoir que dans la chambre où il y a les lits séparés il n'y a pas de volets mais uniquement des stores.

Tutto!!!!...pulizia impeccabile!!!!accoglienza top!ambiente spazioso e confortevole,non manca nulla,eravamo io,mia moglie e 4 bambine e siamo stati divinamente.non manca davvero nulla sembra di essere in casa propria dove c'è tutto quello che serve.

Nice and clean apartment

The apartment was very nice, clean, well equipped with everything you need (including in the kitchen). The complimentary pastries, coffee and water were very nice, thank you! The communication with the hosts was very easy. The views from the room were nice. The location was easily accessible by car and not very far from the city center. There were enough free parking spots in front of the building. There is also a nice trattoria 3 min walking and also an ice cream place. A big supermarket (Coop) is at 5 mins driving.

Me and my family had a wonderful and comfortable stay, our kids called it second NEW house in Bologna. The house is very clean, organized and well maintained furnitures & fixtures. Super host has accommodated our requests and flexible with check-in and check-out plus very generous in providing amenities such 2 types of large waters, 6 different kinds of teas, 3 kinds of coffee and pastries that our kid’s loved.

Superb Apartment & Excellent Host

Superb host, going out of the way to help. Accommodation modern, spacious, ultra clean and, on arrival, a fridge containing much needed water, soft drinks and a beer. Coffee machine excellent & breakfast items perfect for a quick start to the day. Aircon in bright bedrooms (with balconies) & kitchen diner worked well. The shower room was spacious & very modern with a constant supply of hot water. Much thought has gone in to said modernisation with power & USB sockets by the beds, LED lighting throughout & an induction hob in the well equipped kitchen area. Just outside the city, the location, Ponticella, is quiet but has small shops, restaurants & is only a short (25min, number 11b) bus trip in to the centre of Bologna. Also, only a few minutes walk to the splendid Stadio Falchi, should baseball be your thing. Plus, when a booked taxi failed to arrive (taxis an issue in outer Bologna we found) the host took us, at 5am, to the airport to make our flight. Far beyond what is expected from a host. Thank you thank you again.

Very little. The lift in the building is very small (no more than 2 people at a time or 1 person with a suitcase) but that's not the host's fault. Similarly, no fault of the host, the lack of taxis and professionalism of Bologna taxi firms is unfortunate.

Well equipped , comfortable and very clean appartments. Lots of food for having breakfast, great coffee. The appartments are spacious. The bathroom is not big, but there is everything you need. Still wondering what was the name of the shower gel?
