Für ein/zwei Nächte in Ordnung, aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals und das Frühstück.

Die Betten waren relativ durchgelegen und leider war direkt vor dem Hotel eine Baustelle. Hier wurde bereits morgens um 6 Uhr begonnen, diese einzurichten. Leider hat man uns im Vorfeld nicht darüber informiert, so dass die Nacht sehr kurz war.

Waren zufrieden.

Die Lage ist optimal, direkt im Zentrum. Auch der Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Frühstück war o.k. Das Obstangebot war sehr mager, es gab nur Äpfel.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. Friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location - all sights of Wurzburg are within easy walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bright and modern. Breakfast was superb - a great breakfast buffet with lots of choice.

A very comfortable stay

Central location, comfy beds, spacious room, restaurant downstairs, free parking for the night, outside terrace.

The fancy LED lights in the room had their own mind, but that was the only fly in the ointment.

excellent hotel to visit Wurzburg

Friendly staff, very central location just a few minute walk from town centre, quiet room

Lack of private parking. For parking for more than 2 h cars must be left at a considerable distance in the open: inconvenient with baggage, poor weather etc.

Superb

We loved the location, it was very close to the location where the Christmas markets were. there were planty of places nearby to have a nice dinner as well.

Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to eat at the hotel's restaurant because it was full and in the morning we couldn't bring our small dog into the breakfast room.

Nice stay

The team working at the hotel is very helpful and friendly, located in the old town and 15 minutes on foot away from the main train station

Breakfast is very restricted both in food and in quantities. Although you mention your breakfast time (you are unfortunately committed to a timing) so that the reception can plan breakfasts without queues, at 9.30 (breakfast ends at 10) many things are already missing and do not get replaced or if some get replaced,they get replaced late,after you have waited or chosen something else. I would not book breakfast if i stayed at the hotel again

A friendly hotel that is comfortable and well-located.

Excellent location. Welcoming and friendly staff. Very clean and well-maintained.

It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the room. We liked water on arrival but it would have been nice if this was replenished.

I thought that the staff were very friendly from when I arrived to when I left. Was also dead central of the city which made it easy to move around
