Jättefint hotel i centralt läge som varmt rekommenderas

Relaxed and comfortable hotel

Hotel Garni has a typical Austrian appearance which comes with the relaxed atmosphere. The rooms (and the rest of the hotel) are very clean and well equipped with nice beds. We really liked the sauna and went there every day and also the breakfast is superb. The ladies who work there are very friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcome.

Absolutely fabulous and I look forward to staying at the Garni Glockenstuhl again next year.

My room, albeit small as it was a single room, was spotlessly clean and beautiful. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and so tastefully decorated. It is a beautiful place to stay. The breakfast every morning was delicious, with a huge choice of cereals, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, breads, croissants and I was offered egg and bacon as well! The ladies, Elizabeth and her staff, were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Every time I walked in I was met with a gorgeous smell of candles and a lovely homely feeling. It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I would have liked a kettle in my room but when I mentioned it to Elizabeth she said I could make myself cups of tea in the dining room whenever I liked up to 10pm. So a kettle was not needed.

Super angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Überraschungspotential

Auf das Doppelzimmer gab es ein Upgrade ohne Aufpreis. Vielmehr hat das Hotel von sich aus die zweite Person, die nicht mitgekommen ist, herausgerechnet. Super aufmerksam und völlig überraschen. Das Frühstück hat alles geboten, was ich von einem guten Frühstück erwarte und mehr. Die Frühstückseier wurden nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet und es gab viele regionale Produkte. Die Lage war fußläufig zur Kongresshalle und auch alle wesentlichen Geschäfte waren in der Nähe. Dazu war es, trotz guter Lage, sehr ruhig.

Fabulous!

Good location—just minutes from the station and the “Downtown” strip. We arrived around 10:30 in the morning hoping to drop our luggage and check in later. But the very friendly host checked is in right away and said room would be easy i. Less than an hour. Then when she learned that we wouldn’t be doing much sightseeing but that it was a rest day for us during our 4-week hike, we were offered a free upgrade to a much bigger room with a better view and tons of space to hangout. This was a nice gesture, but it was mostly the warm and very friendly welcome that made the place stand out for us. Even if the facilities had been less, the hospitality that was shown here was outstanding.

You need to look no further

Really cute place, the facilities are amazing, the room is very modern and yet very country like. Walking distance to everywhere in town, people very nice, breakfest was good with everything you need. We weren't at ski season but had a woderful time. The lighting at the room is very cosy and you have a switch to just about anything, i guess they renovated not long ago. Just remember it's cash only so come prepared.

We stayed only one night :(

Delightful hotel - faultlessly clean and a fantastic mix of traditional and modern

Great variety at breakfast - cereal, fruit, yoghurt, juices, bread, pastries, eggs and bacon to order, cheeseboard, cold meats. Excellent sauna area - variety of rooms. Ski room. Good-sized fridge in room.

No coffee facilities in room, although owners very happy to make tea/coffee for you (at no charge) at any time of day.

Great place for family skiing holiday, will come back one day.

basic hotel, clean and quiet, the hosts are kind and friendly. the breakfast is terrific. The sauna is nice and unique - although a jacuzzi is missing. the location is perfect for exploring the zillertal ski area - 2 min walk from the train station.

For what you got, it’s little pricey.

Comfort and service steps from the ski lift.

This hotel is a fantastic choice in Mayrhofen. Less expensive than many of the hotels in town, but still full of amenities and a staff that goes the extra mile to help. The location was perfect for us: right in town, an easy walk to the lifts, steps from a ski bus stop, but also quiet. The room was exceptionally clean and had a few extras—like a mini fridge, built-in radio speakers, and lots of outlets—that we really appreciated. The breakfast had plenty of variety. Meats, cheeses, yogurt with toppings, breads and pastries, fresh fruit and even eggs and bacon cooked to order! The wellness area on the lower level includes three sauna types, a steam room and relaxation area. It was the perfect place to end a long day. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Only the smallest quibble: I wish our room had wall hooks so damp clothing did not need to be hung up in the wardrobe with our other dry clothes.

Amazing stay, would come back

The staff and owners of the hotel were very nice and speaking English was not an issue. We were given an upgrade and the room was very spacious, had a kitchen, dining room and a balcony. The bed was also great, we felt really comfortable during our stay at the hotel. The breakfast is delicious with good variety. Overall, amazing stay, would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Garni Glockenstuhl

Perfect, had everything we needed as as small family.

Hotel was super clean and comfortable and the owners did their very best to make sure we were welcomed and made to feel at home. Beakfast was lovely, with a great variety of options. We particularly enjoyed the Wellness area downstairs which was great after a long day skiing. Elisbeth and Margrit were lovely hosts.
