Our one night stay in Hotel Bonsai was adequate for our purposes.

The Hotel Bonsai is in the midst of restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. The rooms were clean with very adequate amenities.

In room 210, the bed near the window/door was terrible; like some elephants were playing on it. The bed's springs were broken (I think) creating the worst night's sleep I had in my life. But, the management assures me that the bed problem will be addressed and fixed. Also, parking is a mess and no loading zone for check-in.

Very good

Perfect location, close to lots of restaurants and could walk to La Cinta beach. Loads of parking spaces for cars. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a good size but the decor was a bit dated and bathroom wasn't very modern. The pool could've had more seating around it too.

Exceptional

Room was perfect, breakfast delicious, location ideal for village centre, restaurants, shops and two glorious beaches. Staff were extremely helpful, handy bike hire. Hotel had plenty of character and cannot recommend highly enough. This was our first visit to Sardinia and we loved it. We most definitely plan to return.

Good price

The hotel was great for the price, good location, comfortable room & good facilities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Would not rate as a 4*, towels were not very clean and the bathroom needed a bit of a revamp

Very quiet place.

Very quiet place. Comfy near to the centre, very friendly staff.Good breakfast. Always clean towels.

The shower with plastic doors ,not so great for **** star hotel.

very nice and lovely hotel

Absolutely worth the money! the hotel located only 5 mins away from San Teodoro by walk and 10 mins away from La Cinta beach by bicycle. the room is really big and clean, big comfy bed with extra pillows, big couch and bright sunny balcony. the toilet was clean and big enough. classic buffet breakfast. the staff is extremely friendly, especially Alessandra! they have parking in front of the hotel and you can rent a bicycle for 9€/day or 5€/half day.

wifi is a bit weak and the AC didn’t work really well so it takes long to cool down the room.

Great location

Great location, excellent service especially at check in. Clean room and a big clothes rack for us to dry all our clothes! Breakfast was very good too.

No complaints, the air con struggled a bit in the heat!

A must hotel in the centre of San Teodoro

We did love Giulia. She was amazing, as soon we arrived she welcomed us with her beutiful smile and clearly she explained wverything we needed. She was so friendly and in the meantime also very professional. The other memeber of the staff and the cleaners also were so friendly and helpful. The amneties are wonderful, we have used the pool and the breakfast was WOW.

Bed wasn’t exactly comfortable. shower a bit small. went to the beach early morning and came back around 3pm and the room was not cleaned yet. otherwise, staff is friendly, location is perfect!

great place to take the best from San Teodoro

in our eyes the best choice to stay in San Teodoro. location is great, rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast has a good choice and the staff is something special. wifi works excellent also! the staff took care on our excursion booking as well. We had a short stay there, just 3 days/ 4 nights and the staff booked for us a boat trip in the very late evening for the next day and during this next day booked for us monte Nieddo. also we got advices on everything we needed to take the best from our stay in San Teodoro! such great care you not often experience… if we decide to return one day back to San Teodoro we definitely will stay again in this hotel.

Good

The room was nice, a bit basic sardinian style, clean, the bed was comfy. We had very nice terrace with sun beds. Bathroom was nice, modern and big.

We asked for beach towels and they said they don't have any, but when I asked what do we use then when we go to their own pool, we have been told that we can rent the towels for the pool, but we can't take them on the beach....Another thing to mention is that it is actually a bit far from the beach, minimum 15 to 20 min walking. The breakfast was very simple and the same everyday. I would expect a bit more from a 4* hotel...but maybe in Sardinia they have different criteria...I think the pictures on the website are really good compared to reality.

Ok, but no value for the price

Easy reachable, nice garden but nothing spectacular. We only spent one night, so didnt feel that the hotel was offering any kind of special feeling or service

I was good to have breakfast, however service was not the best, waiters were refilling and asking people to move while they are getting their food

Great location and breakfast, helpful staff.

Room with balconies are nice, staff is helpful and kind, breakfast is good and quick. Towncentre is a few minutes walk. Nearby beaches are great.

Room without balcony, overlooking the inner yard is not great. Air conditioning is outdated, and did not work properly.
