Excellent beach , excellent hotel

We had a recent family trip to Bodrum and we stayed at the Kempinski hotel The hotel was great and the staff were very helpful, we had an initial problem with the rooms but it was fixed and we had an upgrade The beach was clean beautiful and gorgeous sea The Restraunt’s food was excellent, and at the saygon mr Kaan was very helpful . Yousef also at guest relationship was very helpful I would recommend the hotel especially all inclusive , so you don’t need to go outside for dinning We all loved the hotel and we will come again

Great location, great hotel with amazing facilities for families.

Breakfast was great, the staff and the property are all great. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The private beach is easily accessible.

Hot water pool facilities were closed as it was the shoulder season and there was maintenance in some parts of the Hotel when we visited during end of March-beginning of April. We just had a small incident where a less-expensive jewellery item went missing from our room, we reported this to the Hotel however they were not able to find it. Other than that I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Amazing experience

Hotel is beautiful and very clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The beach is within walking distance (private), good restaurant options and has an amazing bed. Probably one of the best experiences I had as a guest.

Exceptional

Absolutely Stunning Hotel!! Very helpful staff, and the Kempinski app is an excellent tool for communication. The beachfront is wonderful, and the Barbaros restaurant next to the beach has an amazing view and tasty food. Sinem, Lady in Red, was amazing during our check-in and out. Definitely, I will stay in Kempinski if I visit Bodrum again.

Wonderful service, very relaxing great resort staff and hotel.

The staff were excellent, warm, welcoming and always ready to help in all departments, poolside, beachside, restaurants , house keeping and at reception. Especially Yunus, Sami, Sinem and all the staff at the Spa.

The only issue I had was this time the bed was too hard in the room and the sun deck was closed which we enjoyed last time we were at the Hotel on our honeymoon 2014. This was not reported on booking.com also I did not bring this to the attention of the staff because in every other aspect great hotel and no fault of the Staff.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room had a spacious terrace with amazing sea/bay view. good breakfast, attentive staff.

I did not like the location - too far from everything. we did not have a car, hence, we had to pay for a taxi every time we went for lunch or dinner. restaurants on premises offer very limited menu choices, not to mention, grossly overpriced. A few things that could be improved: - room cleanness - bathrobes quality (old/wormed out robes smelled chemicals) - supposedly heated in-doors pool was too cold

Quiet, peaceful and great beach location!

Not much! Entertainment was a little sporadic (shows not happening when they said they would) but overall it was great! A few of the food items are quite scandalously priced!

A great resort with exceptional service

Every thing is very good in the resort, However the staff are beyond expectation. The speed, friendliness and help they provide is phenomenal. The beach is very good too. Breakfast is huge and different verities are there.

The only problem is the location of the resort. If you like it to be quit and peaceful, then this is the place for you.

Not worth the money, Breakfast very poor, room is small, no activity, the hotel is dead, service level is not up to Kempinskey standards, lack of staff.
