كانت إقامة استثنائية ليوم خاص واستثنائي بالنسبة لي وزاده جمالا تعامل العاملين في الفندق بكل اهتمام وعمل وتجهيز الغرفة با

مساحة الغرفة والموقع والإطلالة في غاية الروعة.

افطار رائع متنوع يلبي جميع اختياراتك . ومكان تقديمه بالروف اكثر من رائع والجميع يسعى لتقديم خدماته ملبيه طلباتك حتى وان كانت غير موجوده بالبوفيه الاطلاله رائعه مع موسيقى عربيه جميله تبعث فيك بهجه وسعاده بالغه واخص بالذكر الاستاذه سهيله والاستاذ على رمضان شكرا لهم

انهم الافضل فى كل شئ . اضطررت للمغادره يوما مبكرا لاجراء عمليه فوريه في القلب بناء على تقارير طبيه وصلتني لحظه دخولي الفندق وقام الفندق بالاطلاع عليها و بتصويرها لي الا انه انه نتيجه حجزى مع Booking.com لم يستطع الفندق اجرآء اى تعديل بالحجز. وفقدت يوما من حجزي كنت اتمنا ان اقضيه بذلك الفندق .... لكن الله سلم وخرجت من العمليه بنجاح

Classic Alexandria hotel.

Renovated classic Alexandria hotel. Very nice, almost opulent fit. Very central. Friendly staff. Rooftop restaurant and bar a nice add.

A very luxurious Exprince take you to 1940 th.

The hotel us amazing and very luxurious with it's theme wich take you to the golden Old days of Akexandria. The location is in the center make the access to many attractions very easy. The staff is very polite and helpful. I am sure it will be my choice in all coming visits to Alex.

Having no car parking in the property however Valle service is available but it is very slow to get your car.

Very good

A very impressive hotel with many original features. The many staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The original elevator is impressive, but if you get the timing wrong, it can take a while for it to be available. We watched it go up and down several times before it stopped for us on the 3rd floor, when we were waiting to go up to the restaurant for our evening meal. The rooftop restaurant has good views of the coastline. Our room was large but a bit dark, as the shutters couldn't be accessed to let in more light. There were very few power sockets, and none that were really accessible. A simple extension lead with a mix of standard and usb sockets would have been welcomed. We didn't have the room cleaned (not needed in a 2 night stay imho) but we were still asked to rate the service that we hadn't actually used.

A stay down memory lane

How the staff pampered us! How the guest relation checked by phone about our stay after check out. Apart from very minor things, it was excellent

Not enough light to put on make-up. Safe not working. No hanger for towel next to basin.

Beautiful heritage hotel in Alexandria

It’s a beautiful heritage building overlooking the Mediterranean. Great location in Alexandria to walk, eat and shop. Loved the terrace restaurant!:)

They were renovating and paid bring lobby area. Our room smelled of oil paint, unfortunately. Thankfully this occurred on our last night stay at the hotel.

Magnificent decor in a fabulous location

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel. Quiet room even though facing a very busy intersection. Comfortable bed. Adequate shower. Great service by all staff we encountered. Good selection of food for breakfast. The Sky View restaurant on the top floor is outstanding: in quality of service, portion size and taste, and views of the harbor.

Painting was being conducted in the lobby which made it unusable and a bit difficult to walk around. But the staff were so very helpful.

Beautiful vintage hotel in the heart of Alexandria!

The rooms were very nice and bed was super comfy. Excellent location as well.

The noise outside from people and constant traffic. Our stay was during Ramadan so the noise level during evening was constant. Also, hotel is under renovation now so all I could smell was turpentine/oil paint. Not pleasant!

Stepping into the glamorous Past .

There was a beautiful sense of stepping into the past with such fascinating surroundings. The front staff especially the female front desk reception were so friendly and helpful showing such warmth especially Tanya . There was a beautiful view from the sky restaurant.

Breakfast was very nice, location was perfect to get to the sites, or a quick Uber drive.

Hotel is showing some wear, but as it’s a historic building it’s to be expected. We had a wonderful time.

Managing my issue with the noise and pounding on the wall could have been better We couldn’t sleep well at night because of a lot of noise caused by electrical issues

Very bad experience

Breakfast and location

The hot water didn't work even after changing 3 different roo.s, also the plumber who came to fix it , entered the room with his shoes on, as well as he does not speak English at all!! Also the air conditioning system was not working and it was very cold to sleep there, very bad experience!!
