Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Frühstück war toll und Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr gross. Wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Nebensaison waren die Pools bei den Villen nicht in Betrieb.

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Also vor allem die Zimmer, deshalb fand ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis könnte besser sein.

hotel é muito amplo.... as casas onde os quartos ficam, são muito bonitas... funcionarios muito solicitos! a limpeza é boa !

roupa de cama simples, contava com uma cobertinha bem sem vergonha, não tinha ededron . não ter piscina aquecida ou quebra gelo em um hotel 5 estrelas é um erro grave ! não tinha secador de cabelo, fiz o pedido, chegou na mesma hora... mas nao funcionava... reclamei e fizeram a troca de imediato! o banheiro tinha um vazamento que ficava pingado a noite toda... quarto ja precisa ser repaginado ... café da manhã não tem nada de excepcional... inclusive o espaço era bem apertado para quantidade de hospedes !

Comforto em meio ao verde

Hotel com quartos amplos, equipe cordial e prestativa. Área verde agradável e boas atividades para crianças. Café da manhã é bom e inicia às 6h. Academia boa e aberta 24h.

A jacuzzi precisa de manutenção. Piscina poderia ter aquecimento. Café da manhã poderia ter alguns alimentos mais regionais e iogurte natural.

Relax total

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo. Ideal para relajarse. El entorno está muy bien cuidado y todas las instalaciones impecables. Puedes hacer caminatas por los senderos internos. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Está cerca de todo pero reina la tranquilidad en todas las instalaciones del hotel.

El café podría ser mejor, tanto del desayuno como del lobbie bar. El resto nada que objetar.

O resort é realmente de muita qualidade, especialmente para quem viaja com a família. Piscina e atrativos muito bons, além do empenho da equipe em satisfazer. Cômodos confortáveis, comida muito boa.

Sinal de Wi-Fi poderia ser melhor nos quartos.

De las mejores opciones 5 estrellas para quedarse en Foz Iguazu

La calidad de absolutamente todo, desde el edificio, el cuidado del jardín, la calidad del desayuno y el buffet hasta la amabilidad del personal. Es un lugar increíble para pasar unos días en familia. La piscina es muy linda, el GYM es super completo. Además tienen varias actividades como cine al aire libre o Karaoke. Incluso tuvimos problemas con la habitación contigua por ruidos molestos a las 3am y el de la recepción lo soluciono en el acto. Si bien se encuentra ubicado a las afueras de la ciudad esta sobre la ruta que lleva a las Cataratas por lo que esta muy cerca de todo en auto. Además los taxi/uber son economicos y en la puerta pasa el bus 120 que va desde el parque Iguazu hasta la ciudad

Las habitaciones más económicas son un poco pequeñas y resultan agobiantes.

Alimentação, café da manhã e jantar muito bons. A estrutura do hotel é fantástica e permite lazer de várias formas para a família.

Sujeira na piscina. Não recebi amenites de banho no segundo dia de hospedagem.

Clean hotel, nice setting, a few deficiencies with potential to be top.

Restaurant buffets with vast selection of different foods, nicely prepared and good service. Also great service at the "à la carte" restaurant. Good food there, too. Great wine selection. Setting with nice garden, pool, etc.

Old, noisy fridge. Smell in the room. Service at pool insufficient considering the 5 stars the hotel claims to have. Music in pool area too loud & not everyone's taste. No water bottles provided for free. Surprisingly, the employee at the reception was totally unfriendly at checkout.

Baño sucio y el lavamanos no funcionaba estaba taponeado. La piscina solicitamos a los encargados que pongan el filtro porque estaba sucia pero nunca pusieron.

Terrible el hotel y booking

Tuve que pedir la devolución del dinero. En fotos el hotel es una cosa, prometen mucho por booking pero al final las cosas que ofrecen es por edad y por días. No pueden abarcar la cantidad de personas que se hospedan en temporada alta ya que ni siquiera había suficiente toallas en la piscina. Cuando se les presenta un reclamo se lavan las manos y no dan seguimiento del reembolso del dinero. La gente de booking también se lava las manos diciendo que es culpa del alojamiento. No me devolvieron ni 1/3 de lo que pague y un mes después me siguen haciendo pasar mal.

Poderia ser melhor, não fossem os pontos negativos que descrevi nesta avaliação

1. Formato horizontal, mais amplo, paisagem linda. 2. Café da manhã variado e em salão amplo. 3. Academia com boa variedade de equipamentos e com espaço bom. 4. Cordialidade de todos os funcionários com os quais tive oportunidade de me comunicar. 5. Room service prático (você faz os pedidos remotamente, sem precisar de telefone) e rápido de atendimento. 6. Localização excelente (perto do aeroporto e das principais atrações de Foz).

1. O ponto mais negativo, sem dúvidas, é o assédio cansativo para que o hóspede conheça o tal “Exclusive Guest” (uma rápida pesquisa no Google no site Reclame Aqui esclarece bem do que se trata). Eu achei muito inadequado que o Hotel permita que os hóspedes sejam alvo desse tipo de marketing. Fiquei realmente desapontado. 2. O quarto onde fiquei (106) merecia ajustes – as tomadas acima de uma das camas não funcionavam, havia umidade no banheiro e achei pouco arejado (não havia qualquer lugar para secar toalhas ou roupas de banho). 3. Achei o isolamento acústico do meu quarto ruim. Logo cedo, ouviam-se pessoas circulando e falando do lado de fora, como se estivessem dentro do quarto. 4. Os quartos não possuem TVs smart, ou seja, Netflix e demais streamings somente no celular... TV smart é bem básico hoje em dia, em qualquer hotel, ainda mais um 5 estrelas.

Superb

Very beatiful resort near the Iguazu falls. The surroundings were amazing, the location is perfect. A great place for rest and retreat. Rooms had enough space, very comfortable. The breakfast and the dinner were excellent. Great variaty of choises. The staff was very helpful.

The only thing i didn't like was that pool's water was cold. I have travelled to other resorts around the world and during the winter, the water of the pool was hot. As a traveller i expected while returning from the falls to be able to swim at the pool. Unfortunately this couldn't happen.

Excellent self service restaurant with varied menu and excellent choices- superb breakfast and great staff.

Room and bathroom becoming a little tired. No coffee or tea in room which I would expect although. Kettle!!

Nice hotel with very good infrastructure, small things to be improved

The Hotel is nice, with good infrastructure and quiet enough. The food is ok and diversified. Breakfast is very good. Restaurant staff are very nice. Pool area is great.

The rooms are nice and wide but start to require some maintenance. It is not a 5 star hotel, it has some flaws that are a pitty and can be easily solved with small maintenance (toilet door was old, some furniture was a bit ruined, the small mirror in the toilet was rusty, etc...). Cleaning is not a 10, could be better.

perfect spot to relax for a couple of days while visiting the falls

Booked two nights to relax alongside visiting the Brazilian side of the falls. Staff were all very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Grounds were secure and immaculately kept. Loved the main pool area and smaller splash pools. We stayed on a half board basis and the breakfast and dinner buffet was extensive and good value in my opinion. Rooms lovely with good storage. a wonderful stay and we would definitely highly recommend. Access to the Parque des Aves and Iguazu Falls was just a $10 taxi fare away and taxis arrived within minutes.

only downside which seemed strange was there was a kettle in the room. but no mugs and no complimentary tea or coffee. this seemed very strange on a hotel of this calibre.

Other than not having hot water, this hotel is amazing!

Breakfast is amazing! I love Brazilian hotels for this reason!

We never had hot water and only once did we have lukewarm water. This was true for the other two rooms our friends were in also.

stunning grounds and well located for the falls!

The service was great and the food was excellent! Both the breakfast and the dinner were superb. The pool was lovely and the bar staff very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and would come back in a flash!

Ideal place for big families or groups.

Very nice luxury hotel with wide space (rooms, garden, pool, restaurant, outdoor cinema, fishing lake, outdoor sport area, outdoor/indoor kids area, chill-out zone) ideal for big groups or families. Very good kitchen as well, but unfortunately not that quick service as in Europe (usual waiting time is 30min to 1 hour). You need a car to reach this hotel and to be able to travel around.

Not very good English speaking stuff, but that is very common in whole Brazil - prepare the online translator as it will be needed on a daily basis. Be ready that check-in and check-out is also taking quite long time (30min+).
