No se corresponde con lo que publican en las fotografías. Viejo y descuidado

En primer lugar las dos habitaciones que contratamos no se corresponden con las fotografías. Es un engaño. Las habitaciones son viejísimas, y una de ellas tienes que subir andando con una escalera de caracol la última planta.

Uma boa surpresa

Quarto agradável com ar condicionado e televisão. Varanda com vista ampla da cidade e com espaço para relaxar e aproveitar a vista. Cama confortável, quarto limpo e organizado. Recomendo muito para quem está de passagem em Atenas

A casa de banho é relativamente pequena mas funcional As paredes e o chao necessitam de um pouco de manutenção mas não causam desconforto algum. Apenas estética.

Good value for money

The staff is more than friendly, the metro station is a 3 min walking distance, 1 min walking distance are 2 coffee shops that make great cofee in the morning.

The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms also, so take notice of this.

The room was clean and everything is working well.

The staff in the front counter was really helpful, she started by providing us a detailed explanation of how buses work in Santorini and a timetable of it. She proceed to help us to move to another room when we said the first room that we were allocated has poor connection. She was very helpful and friendly whenever we need so advice of what to do and helping in booking tours/ suggesting possible activities. Breakfast was also very nice and a lot of selection.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed when we visited in early march time which we planned to use.

The picture are unreal, the paint of the wall was coming off, the furniture is old and the whole hotel give me a lot of anxiety.

Pleasant

Is what it says, a room for you to lay your head, for the price its very good. Right next to Larissa station (the metro is an excellent way to get around.) Nice cafe nearby and had no issues during my stay. Would happily stay here again

Superb

It's really value for money. Specially if you travel for a few days. The metro station is so close and that is very convenient. The room was clean enough and we had absolutely no problems. The stuff was very kind and friendly.

The bathroom is quite small but it's not problem at all. Really it's value for money

Worst experience ever

Nothing

First impression when we came into the room was so much smell of humidity. Then we noticed that the room was not clean, hair in the corners of the room, bathroom not fully cleaned. Cracks and scratches on the wall. But the worst was waiting late in the evening of the first night when we have noticed cockroaches. We were definitely not okay staying in such unsanitary room, and I have immediately reported the problem about the cockroaches to the hotel via booking.com app stating that we will check out the next morning. I have asked to refund the other two nights (we had a reservation for 3 nights in total), but the next morning the receptionist could not help me anyhow, she could not reach the manager for hours (how is that possible in a hotel that claims to have 24-hour reception?!) and we have left as is. After many attempts via booking.com, via emails to hotel, via tourism police, the refund is still not processed. The hotel was just ignoring us and did not put any single effort to somehow remedy the situation. To conclude: this is my worst experience and I recommend to avoid this hotel at any cost unless you are happy to stay under the conditions I have described and bring cockroaches home in your luggage.

Superb

Nice hotel near the main railway station. Quiet street. Really nice, comfortable and clean room.

Quite long walk distance to the city centre to Acropolis and other monuments. Socket was in the middle of a bed just above my head.

Located directly near the railroad/metro station. Fast way into town. The room is ok, for that price.

the concierge at the desk was very helpful.

the area the hotel was in felt a little unsafe. and i don't think the hotel restaurant was open. and it was a tad on the expensive side but it was good for what it was, that being a relatively big-ish room with a bathroom and a balcony as well as great Wi-fi and air con.
