Could have had a better experience for the money i paid.

The breakfast was fine

Housekeeping definitely needs to improve. i paid a bomb and i now think i could have stayed at teh same cost in a better hotel. Also, i booked my room through booking.com. The treatment was quite embarrassing.

Had a very good experience staying at the premises. The hotel was clean, the staff was good, and the food was also very good. Enjoyed my little stay at the Hotel.

Nothing. It was a big disappointment.

You are doing pathetic need to improve a lot reception and management staff

Location and reachability

Staff they are pathetic they don't have any clue about what needs to be done or how to approach any situation, when you call them they keep you on hold for a very long time and then someone else picks up the phone just to tell us to call us back after 30-40 mins I mean get some sense and improve your communication between your work peers very poor.

Poorly maintained bathrooms, they moved us from 5th to 6th floor with no notice due to some event (lied to us that some maintenance), cleaned room inspite of do not disturb sign, almost close to 4 star hotel cost
