Great location, good size flat, with kitchen and bathroom and lovely terrace, with air conditioning, a swimmimg pool in the roof terrace, decent breakfast with good choice if food, helpful staff

Good value, older 1980s facilities, but reasonably well-maintained.

The facilities are from the 80s so a little dated, but the hotel is clean and things are mostly well-maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Just a few negative points: * The credit card machine at Reception doesn't accept AmEx cards from outside Brazil. Luckily, they found a separate credit card machine (registered to the restaurant) that accepted AmEx, but if they hadn't found that, we would have been stuck. This is a failing, as the hotel publicly claims to accept AmEx. * The sheet for the bed is too small. It comes loose and slips off during the night, so that by the morning you are sleeping on the bare mattress. Not pleasant. * Not many healthy options at breakfast: the cereal is pre-sugared, and the milk is full-fat only (no skimmed). The fruit is good, however. * There is abandoned broken equipment around the pool/fitness area: a broken running machine in the gym, and a broken sunbed thrown into a hallway behind a door. This is a sign of bad management: if something is broken, a hotel should put it out of sight of customers!

I have stayed here 8 different times over the years and will stay again.

Bassano Vaccarini is a great option because it combines a great central downtown location with excellent cost/benefit. They offer one bedroom apartments for the same price as a hotel room, have a great breakfast and parking is included.

Not all of the reception staff can communicate effectively in a language other than Portuguese.

Excellent hotel apartment that suits all your needs

Very attentive staff, Great location. The best for my needs at Ribeirao Preto. You can easily move around on feet, everything is close by, good stores, good services. Hotel is extremely clean, safety measures are taken seriously. Definitely will come back again if I return to Ribeirao someday. Thanks all for great service.

Bed mattress could be comfier. For a 13 night stay, bed comfort is a must.
