Espectacular

Las habitaciones y la playa muy bonita y aseada yo tuve la dicha de estar hospedado en el año 1998 y para aquel tiempo tofo estaba más lindo k hoy traten dd darle un mejor realce al Hotel principalmente en la entrada principal ok

Lo k no me gusto que en el área de chequeo contaban con una cantidadad de zancudos insoportable traten de hacer algo cuiden más de sus huspedes y reseccionistas pueden contraer una enfermedad ya que ellas son unas excelentes personas y dan un buen recibimiento Gracias

It was so bad at arrival that I ended up booking somewhere else and didn’t stay a single night because there was no AC o

I did not stay at the property. They were late for my pickup time and when we arrived to the property they didn’t have Air conditioning and didnt offer WiFi in their rooms. They only offered WiFi in the restaurant and lobby.

They didn’t have air conditioning and very irresponsible at picking me up. They were one hour late at pick up.

Very reasonable price but beware the room amenities!

The Beach area was excellent clean and very enjoyable. Room cleaning staff was excellent! Dive Shop was very good, helpful, informative and very reasonable price.

The hotel was rundown out of date and in need of repairs. Windows wouldn’t close letting in mosquitoes etc. No coffee in room 50 to 60 yard walk one way to get coffee in lobby. Buffet area was upstairs and like a sauna very uncomfortable and long lines. Basically the same menu every morning, noon and night. We stayed 12 nights and only had 3 nights with hot water for showers due to staff turning off because of pump issues so we were told. No service at pool or beach area another 50 to 60 yard walk one way to get refreshments.

Mi meraviglio che booking abbia accettato di inserire questa struttura sul portale!!! Camere vecchie con porta finestra faticosa da aprire ( troppa rugine) per accedere sul balcone ! Non esiste la manutenzione!!! Non esiste l'animazione da parte dello staff. La scarsa educazione e professionalita' del personale alla reception . Ogni mattina dovevo chiedere loro di farmi trovare la camera pulita con gli asciugamani puliti. Che dire del cibo ? Sempre le stesse cose , a volte cartoni di latte scaduti . Servizio al buffet e Sala ristorante con odore sgradevole dalla muffa di tovaglie ormai troppo vecchie . Attenzione ai piatti e ai bicchieri, scegliere quelli piu' puliti . Mai visto il prioprieterio Ivan e ne' tantomeno il manager Alexis !! Avevo bisogno di parlare con lui ma non esiste !!!

STAY AWAY, BEWARE

The location was nice despite it's distance from most activities

Everything else was horrible or disgusting. It would be considered a 1 🌟 STAR in the United States. In my opinion 1. No wifi 2. No telephone in rooms 3. No room service 4. Food looked like what you get from a homeless shelter for people. 5. No variety. 6. Air conditioning units are filthy dirty and don't worry very well. A few were being replaced with New units while there. 7.Building/Compound is more than 30 years old and Not updated 8. Rust everywhere and on everything, inside and out. 9. Photos on website/social media are misleading. 10. Customer service is poor. Paid for airport transport but it arrived early and left without us. 11. Refused to reimburse us for transportation 12. We have photos of RAW FISH AND MEAT BEING SERVED 13. Exposed electrical wires near the walking areas of the beach 14. No television/cable. 15. Rusting toilet that was loose on the floor with a constant bad odor 16. Leaking bathroom sing. 17. Broken light fixtures in the hotel rooms and throughout the property. 18. Leaking and broken areas on the only pool. Not sure how clean it was as the tile wall was disintegrating. 19. Please see attached photos. 20. There are more things. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND PURCHASE A NON-REFUNDABLE TRIP

The workers at the front desk are the best but the hotel itself need lots improvements and the workers that clean need

The customer service were excellent and helpful. The beach has made lots of improvements.

The food has gotten worse since my last visit. The buffet is now limited to one hour. The water is not included. You have to buy it. Another thing, they put water in the room not covered in a container. The beds were well made. However the blue blanket didn’t seemed cleaned. The drinks are only served until 10pm.

To Whom It May Concern, My name is Giselle Danger-Mercaderes and the purpose of this letter is to provide information and documentation that can support the claim I submitted against Fantasy Island Resort. Fantasy Island Resort/ Booking.com charged me $2200.69 for what was supposed to be a stay from 7/5/23-07/09/23 in this an all-inclusive resort. The resort and booking.com failed to make my request to either cancel or change my booking from the booking date despite more than 7 attempts to work with them over the phone and by email initiated by my husband-Mario Velasquez and I . Attached documentation shows our attempts to resolve the issue. They falsely advertised amenities in their all-inclusive package that were not available in the resort. The hotel lacked the amenities included on the booking.com site where they sell stays. With an all-inclusive stay (rooms and food/beverages included) we were supposed to receive access to a resort with swimming pools, free WiFi, air-conditioned rooms, flat-screen TV, Restaurants that serve international buffet. This was all false, the room’s air conditioning was not working properly, we never got access to a third room due to issues with the access key, none of the safety boxes worked, no wifi available outside de lobby, the were no international restaurants. The only one restaurant was open for a very limited time and only offered local food that also ran out before I was able to eat. To make matters worse, we were told that the water was not included in the all-inclusive package and that we needed to pay for it separately after the staffed confirm their tap water was not potable. My family got sick due. We contacted the manager at fantasy Island (Judith Webster) and she reported that the was not international food, no wifi outside the lobby, she attempted to fix the safety boxes unsuccessfully. She also added that the hotel was closed during COVID and they were still adapting.

What you see in the resort pitcures or description does not mean you will get the same. Low quality.

Beach was good.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were not good at all and did not provide value for money for an all inclusive resort of almost 1700 CDN$. For that price you can have much better food and beverages services. WiFi was intermittant.

The room I reserved was not the room I received when we arrived to the resort. The second day of our visit, our key card quit working and was moved to another room. Still not being the room I requested. Was continually told that the room I booked was not available. The food served was poor quality and was cold the majority of the time.

The Property overall is beautiful, the pool was under management. that wasn’t put on the site.

The room need to be updated, there only 1 mirror in the room, also the shower water was coming to my room every time I shower. The room need an extra trash can. the menu was repetitive.

Wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful staff! Very helpful with everything. ` Great food, and daily entertainment- Scuba diving was excellent! Dive Center staff was great and vert friendly!

It is stunning location with a great all inclusive deal.

The location is gorgeous, the staff was very friendly the food very good. The activities were really fun specially for the kids. The beach is amazing with white beaches and turcoise water.

No WiFi in the rooms No cable TV The room TV was really small The whole resort needs a facelift as it looks dated and feels like you are stuck in the 90's
