Economical for families

Good location and otherwise a very clean room. Appreciated the cost and ability to fit a large family at short notice.

Family Room Sleeps 5: One bed was opposite the bathroom door which is not ideal, especially being a family room with possibility for lots of number two moments. Suggest maximising space, privacy and hygiene by taking this bed out, setting luggage rack there and swapping the far end bed for either a bunk or another double. The master bed was on wheels, it was very sensitive to movement and when you leaned against the headboard it rolled away from the wall causing you to fall back. The first time it happened, our 10 year old daughter hit her head. There was also confusion with our booking, the concierge couldn't find it and my husband became very frustrated and threatened to leave, much to my dismay with three tired children.

Clean with all the amenities you would expect. Well located and quiet. Great value for money.

Restaurant was closed on the day were there. Everyone needs time off though.

I enjoyed the stay although $140 was a bit expensive for a non holiday period.

Quiet room as requested away from some music that was playing there.

There was no toaster and no cutlery except teaspoons.

cleanliness was appalling, hair left in the shower with mould and dirt, old tv and quite run down. looked like beds had not been cleaned.

Entirely adequate for a rest stop on a journey.

Room was clean and well appointed with fridge,tea, coffee etc. All level so no stairs to carry up luggage. Petrol station right next door.

The fact that there appeared to be no way back to the M1 except by retracing journey where the road to Grafton branches from it. We wasted time on the morning of our departure by finding ourselves on the old road out of town beside the river. Next time will know! Also bar and restaurant weren't open so it might be good to check in future. Grafton not over burdened with places to get dinner. Only saw pizza, Chinese places.
