Perfect place for family holidays!

Peacefull and quiet place, close to the large but not crowded (event in high season) beach (only 2 minutes walk). Maisonettes are surrounded by beautifull garden. Every apartmen has its own entrance and place to rest outside with table, chairs and sunbeds. Aircondition is working very well. Owners and stuff are very hospitable, helpfull, always available for guests and responsive to their needs. Highly reccomend!

Idealne miejsce na rodzinne wakacje!

Spokojne i ciche miejsce, otoczone pięknym, zadbanym ogrodem. Bardzo blisko (ok. 2 minutowy spacer) do długiej i szerokiej plaży, która nawet w szczycie sezonu nie jest zatłoczona. Każde mieszkanie ma osobne wejście i miejsce do odpoczynku na zewnątrz (wyposażone w krzesła, stoliki i leżaki). Wewnątrz wyposażenie jest wystarczające, ręczniki i pościel zmieniane według potrzeb gości. Klimatyzacja działa bardzo dobrze i daje radę nawet w najbardziej upalne dni. Właściciele i obsługa bardzo sympatyczni, pomocni, zaangażowani, zawsze dostępni i odpowiadający na potrzeby gości. Na powitanie dostaliśmy pyszne świeże owoce. Zdecydowanie polecam!

We had a lovely relaxing stay in the beautiful apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for walking to beach, town and the ATV/car hire company.

For what we paid, we were very happy with the accommodation. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. The small issues were there was a crack in the shower cubicle and there was no shelf in the fridge door (for milk etc.)

Good

Good - location was great and the place was lovely and quiet both day and night. The loungs was spacious and well furnished. Value for money wise the apartment was great but just a few small touches would have made all the difference such as a few cushions, light shades etc. Poor - the kitchen ammenities were just about adequate but there is plenty of space for an oven or at least a mictowave. We didnt cook there but if we had wanted to it would have been very difficult. The shower is very poor, both in quality, space and water pressure. Also the shilf in the fridge door was broken making the fridge space small. I understand that the gardens have to be maintained but it would have been nice to be told in advance. As it was we had to listen to power hedge trimmers and blowers for 3 hours one afternoon. If we had known in advance we could have planned to be out. Apparently all the appartments apart from no 15 and another have new smart tvs. Ours was replaced by request but not until 7 days into our 9 day holiday which was such a shame as we could have watched Netfix or Amazon the odd night. Although we stayed 9 nights we had to ask for the apartment to be cleaned and for clean linens/towels. I think that is too long for a change when the weather is hot . There is no reception and the onlt way to contact the owners is by telephone which of course is a cost to the guest. We had to telephone twice so not sure hyet how much that cost us. If there was a book explaining about the cleaning, advising of the laundry room and local amenities etc that would help as there is just no one to ask.

Lovely family run accommodation in great location.

Lovely family run business who couldn't do more for us. Unfortunately our little boy wouldn't sleep in his travel cot so we had to cut our stay short, however, after explaining this to the owners, they advised we could return at a later date to use the additional nights that we'd already paid for. . The location was great, and apartments were clean. Everything we needed and we will return!

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Lovely outside space with table and chairs and loungers. 3 minute walk to the beach. George answered any questions we had promptly. Great place to stay.

You get what you pay for - perhaps pay a little extra to stay somewhere more comfortable.

You get what you pay for - considering the price of the apartments it's difficult to complain. The apartment was also spotlessly clean.

On the island a lot of homes heat the water through a solar energy system, unfortunately it rained the first couple of days, no sun = lukewarm water in the shower. Decoration and facilities in the apartment are extremely dated and old-fashioned, but to be expected considering the price. A couple of text messages to the owners regarding hot water and payment went unanswered. No basics such as salt and pepper - again, you get what you pay for so tricky to complain.

Truely Mediterranean Experience!

The accomodtion was spacious and beautiful, and it felt like a home. We had some additoinal requests and everything was organised very quickly. There is a beautiful front garden with a sitting area, orange and olive trees, and convenient parking on site. Latchi Harbour is a pleasant stroll away along the seafront.

wonderful holidays to remember

These are nice, quiet apartments run by very friendly people. There's a living room with three small sofas downstairs, and a little kitchen where one can prepare breakfast too. Upstairs there's a bathroom (plenty of hot water all the time) and a small bedroom with a big , comfortable bed. One can see the sea from the first floor. The apartment was simply furnished, but it was clean. It's next to a quiet road and just 200 metres from the beach, where there's a beautiful promenade by the sea, both to Latchi and Polis) ! Very convenient location. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly, he even gave us a lift to the supermarket in Polis where we could do some decent shopping, and drove us back!. And we got some delicious fruit when we arrived. In the area there are many good restaurants within a walking distance (1-2,5 km on foot). A pleasant stroll. It's a perfect place for a nice stay. If you don't want to walk to Polis a taxi is just 8 euros. Ask the owner for help.

The shower is a bit dated, but it was a minor detail.

Very good

I liked the cleaness and that its a double floor apartment. Its simple furnitured. The unit is very spacious. The location is queit, between Polis and Latchi. The beach is just across the street,3-5min walk.The hosts and the worker are very helpful. We were greeted with fresh fruit and hints where to eat good fish. I asked for a beach umbrella and adaptor and I got them immediately. We cooked in the apartment for children. We had all kitchen utensils we needed. Thank George and his father for a great stay.

The sofa bed was not comfortable for me. One wardrabe in the bedroom only.

In general this apartment is very good and highly recommended. The value for money is on a high end. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to sea is 1-2 min. 15 minutes of nice beach walk to latchi restaurants. The place is very quiet and calm. Apartment is a bit old but very clean.

Shower facilities are a bit outdated.

I gladly recommend this lovely maisonette

The location is perfect, quiet, uncrowded, the best for us. The hospitality was amazing; George is a great and very helpful host. The maisonette exceeded our expectations, it is very clean, bright, spacious, and well equipped. We had an amazing stay here, I would gladly come back in the future.

Superb

The really nice hotel complex (maisonettes) with the great location - only a few metres from the beautiful beach! You can choose few spots nearby to walk to the beach. Also, all maisonettes are surrounded by a lovely garden and it's perfect to have breakfast here or just sit and relax! All staff were really nice and helpfull. Lifehack - it's possible to get here by bus from Paphos airport to Polis only for 1,5 euros (but check the schedule) and then walk near 2 km.

It's not very comfortable for the 4 adults as coaches on the first floor are very uncomfortable (short and humpy) but the double bed on the second floor is totally ok. Also not very good soundproof - noisy air condition from neighbor maisonettes was very annoying during the night.

Hosts, location and size of property were excellent.

Seating in living area was very, very uncomfortable. The kitchen facilities were very dated and not set out very well. Aircon unit in bedroom was loud and rattled!
