Fantastic place to stay!

We booked 2 apartments at Pound Corner and they were very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Our host Ros was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed walking to Godalming, popping into the Cricketers for a pint or 2, or having a yummy curry down the road, making the location of this property perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely, cosy apartment

Lovely clean apartment. The bed was really comfy and a great selection of TV channels.

Good value, clean property with parking and a green ethos.

Clean and welcoming. Dog was well catered for with parkland close. Parking was easy. Green energy and recycling were a focus. Huge television. Washing machine was available if needed. Ros was a lovely host.

It suited us so nothing could be improved.

We spent four nights here and did a fair amount of cooking. The hob and oven were good and there was a microwave. We

good location well equipped good WiFi and TV handy laundry facilities friendly and helpful hosts

VERY small bedroom right on a busy road, so quite noisy feeble hot water pressure in shower

Handy to trains

We stayed 3 nights in Apartment 2 up a flight of stairs. It was clean and comfortable. Not big rooms but adequate for us.

Only real issue was finding the knack to flush the toilet. Its a tricky task.

Great base to stay when out daytripping. I would recommend to a friend.

I liked the room and location. Private parking space and access to garden. Hosts were lovely and explained how everything worked, They were not intrusive. The place was a small apartment and all facilities worked and was comfortable. The care given to the cleanliness of the place showed and all appliances very clean.

There wasn't anything I disliked. It was a good. clean base to use for doing the day trips I had planned. It was nice to come back to and relax.

Looking forward to the next stay

Amazing automated entry handle...no keys required just the code! It was a perfect little space with all amenities that you could require available. The space was very clean and for our specific needs, perfectly located, close to transport and shops.

Very good

Two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single. The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge and freezer. The owner had provided a pint of milk and tea and coffee which was a nice touch. TV with sky box.

Noisy floor board over kitchen area and up the stairs. Double bed was in living room/Kitchen with the hum of the fridge and freezer, OK if your uses to noise but hard to get to sleep if not.

It's located in a quiet place with a small local supermarket nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped and we can use the washing machine as well. The beds are comfortable and have enough space for 3 persons.

It's a little bit strange with one of the beds located in the living room with kitchen just next to it. Having said that, it's still have enough space.

Very clean & comfortable with everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

it was very clean and well situated for what we required. The owners were available if required but not intrusive.

We were in the top apartment and it was a little noisy (boiler?) but wouldn’t put anyone off as it’s easily ignored.

A wonderful host and spacious accommodation

The top floor studio was absolutely perfect for our stay. The accommodation is flexible, and easily accommodated three adults and a toddler in a travel cot - all with our own space. Ros is a wonderful host; really friendly and helpful. The laundry room on the ground floor was a real plus for us (we stayed for 10 nights). Great location - Just a short walk down to the train station and Farncombe shops.

A great place to stay

It was perfect for our needs especially as we were able to bring our dog with us. The apartment was well designed and cosy. There were shops within walking distance and there was parking. Ros the host was very helpful and friendly and it was nice and clean. Kitchen was more than adequate for a short stay.

Exceptional

For my purposes, the flat was very convenient and comfortable. I only went into London for one day of my week long stay, but the train station is an easy walk, as are the cafes and market in town. I enjoyed having the fridge and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the view from #2 is very nice as well. When I go back to Godalming, I would definitely stay again.
