Will not stay again

Smelled like old smoke and mold and was Non smoking room. Pool not open and we rented 7 rooms for overnight for family trip, kids couldn’t swim. . No discount. We had driven 9 hours and no other hotels near vacant. Breakfast choice horrible.

Disappointed with the accommodations based on the condition of the room.

Located near venue I attended.

Room had a musty smell, chair in sitting area was visibly soiled , sink has crack in the bowl and shower has visible mold around the edges. I decided to wait until I got home to shower. Did not feel really comfortable during my stay . Wanted to cancel but didn’t want to lose my money. Office chair at writing desk back plastic has been torn or worn off . Overall I was not pleased and disillusioned with the room after seeing how well the office area looked. Wish that I had taken pictures of conditions to post.

I was really disappointed.

The lobby and exterior was appealing.

My hotel room had roaches, mold, and the bed comforter had cigarette burns in it. Also the furniture had rips and tears and should be replaced.

do yourself a favor and book a different hotel

other than location nothing unless you are there to buy drugs. I was scared to death and refused to stay at this property. it was nasty and drugged everywhere. knife marks in the ceiling and walls

I could Have went somewhere else

The ice machine was broke. My door was broke. The room wasn’t worth the amount of money charged. The pool wasn’t able to be used

We got a non-smoking room, and got a room that smelled like cigarettes. I’m 8 months Pregnant. We asked for another room. They said all rooms smell like that.

Disappointing

Breakfast was ok. We only had the cold cereal. We didn’t try anything else. Actually there wasn’t much else. A few pastries, no fruit or bread for toast. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was really nice & big. It was a handicapped bath & it was very well taken care of. We had plenty of towels & wash cloths.

The room smelled of smoke & it was supposed to be non-smoking. The pillows & pillow cases smelled also.
