Great location, clean appartament

I liked the location a lot and the check in was so easy. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay at this appartament.

Very unprofessional. I am disappointed

The staff . The hotel had double charged my card in Oct & did not respond to my message for refund. It's almost a month, please refund the double charge amount to me. It's already Dec 2024 now & PLEASE reply to my message.

si può fare di meglio

Posizione , cucina, salotto

Bagno troppo piccolo , lavandino per bambini e soprattutto nessuna mensola o appendino per sistemare asciugamani, vestiti , prodotti. Asciugamani in dotazione pochi e piccoli non adatti per la doccia. alcuni asciugamani erano pure sporchi. Materassi scomodi.

Great location

The apartment is central, next to the cathedral and has even a small view over it. The room is spacious ans comfortable. Quiet and clean and has all amenities. Price was reasonable compared with other places (150eur)

The shower is quite small with no space to put shampoo etc. Didn't know that the reception is not at the address of the apartment so had to walk with suitcase 5min further and back.

Duży atut hotelu to jego położenie tuż przy Sagradzie Famili.Pomimo takiego położenie było spokojnie jeżeli chodzi o odgłosy z ulicy.Hotel posiadał wszystko co potrzebne na kilkudniowy pobyt.Był przyjemnie urządzony i czysty.

Na minus jedna nieduża łazienka z toaletą dla 5 osób (gdzie mieszkanie przeznaczono docelowo dla 6 osób) Rozkładane łóżko w salonie - nie nadaje się do spania.

Amazing neighbourhood, decent apartment. Non-responsive owner.

The location of the apartment is amazing. 2 mins from Sagrada Familia, dozen of restaurants in vicinity, supermarkets, pharmacy, self-service laundry. Beautiful neighbourhood. At the end of the stay, from hotel's reception, we got taxi reserved in few seconds as well as lockers to put our luggage into while we were waiting for our flight.

We stayed for 7 days and towels weren't changed, we got only few roles of toilet paper. Nobody answered on messages sent through booking.com. Anyway, because of it we discovered self-service laundry

O site promove confusão na hora de ofertar o serviço, pois embora esteja escrito Hotel no título do serviço o que é entregado é um apartamento de temporada sem serviços de hotelaria. Então fica a dica, preste bem atenção para não serem enganados. Chegamos para o check in de madrugada, de baixo de chuva e descobrimos que nosso hotel não era um hotel, e sim um apartamento de temporada distante 2 quadras do verdadeiro hotel Sagrada Família.

Not the best.

The apartment is designed nicely, really nice lighting and beautiful ceiling

Check-in is awkward and uncomfortable, especially being so late at 4pm and having a small baby and lots of luggage. You have to go to their hotel reception to check in & checkout and checkout requires you to make a video of the apartment, very bizarre. Staff were stressed and not friendly. After a super tiring journey to reach there with unfriendly staff and to have to wait around all day until 4pm. If I could go back in time this would not be the place I would want to book. The sink in the bathroom was always clogged, the table was broken, the door handle was broken, no tea coffee, no salt nothing in the apartment. It was also disgusting to see all these old towels just left around, I don’t understand why they don’t just pick them up and throw away.

Good experience in a very nice location

Perfect location, with a bakery and a 24h open supermarket, 2 minutes walking from Sagrada Familia metro station; Clean and modern

The sofabed was quite ok for a couple of nights, but if I were to stay for a bit longer probably I would feel uncomfortable, because the mattress was decent, but far from perfect.

It was good location with good space.

Location is very central and the big supermarket is near by

I had to walk a couple of blocks to pick up the key from the apartment. While the distance from the apartment wasn't far, it did prove to be a bit of a hassle when carrying luggage.

Overall, it was great… The rooms and the kitchen facilities are available in the room…

The location of the hotel… The Supermarket and laundromat were nearby… Very close to the Metro, very accessible… Two minute walk to Sagrada Familia..,

Collection of the keys were 2 streets away… During the collection of my keys at the main building Of Hotel Sagrada Familia, my family were scammed and almost robbed… It was our first time here… Thus, be vigilant… The main room door was difficult to operate… Took a long time to figure out… I had to knock on my neighbour for assistance…

Lovely staff and fantastic location, being less than 5 minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia and metro station. The apartment was spacious and clean with everything needed for a long or short stay.

There were only 3 of us but we could not all fit into the small lift with our backpacks! Check in is 2 blocks away and not at the apartment itself

Don’t get this hotel until you read my review. Rude stuff, no maintenance, dirty

the location of the property is fantastic. There are so much cafes, restaurants and Sagrada Familia!

One of the biggest issues you encountered was the lack of proper climate control. It is unacceptable that the apartment was cold and that the air conditioning was only working in one room. This can make for an uncomfortable stay, particularly in colder weather. In addition to the climate control issues, the apartment was also dirty, with cold flooring that only added to the discomfort. It is concerning that basic maintenance was not being taken care of, as it is important for hotels to ensure that their rooms are clean and well-maintained. The fact that the hotel did not provide slippers made it even more difficult to navigate the cold flooring. Guests should be able to count on basic amenities like slippers to make their stay more comfortable, and the fact that they were not provided is disappointing. Perhaps even more concerning is the fact that no one checked to see if there was enough toilet paper, and that the reception staff were unhelpful when you brought this issue to their attention. Guests should not be expected to manage basic necessities like toilet paper on their own, and it is unacceptable for staff to dismiss these concerns. Overall, it is clear that this hotel has fallen short in several key areas, and it is disappointing that they do not seem to take guest comfort and satisfaction seriously. Based on your experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, and would encourage others to look for alternative accommodations.

Location

The drainage system wasn't working properly. Water in the sink didn't go down, and we had to brush the teeth and wash hands in the shower cabin.
