About this apartment rental
This 66 m2, two bedroom, two bathroom (one en suite) 4th floor apartment, with a lift, has a south facing terrace with gorgeous views across the bay, and a back terrace accessed by both bedrooms. It is situated in a quiet and beautiful park-like garden with a large shared swimming pool. There is a concierge on duty, guest parking, as well as an underground reserved parking bay. Due to the furniture and the balconies, this apartment is not suitable for small children.
Sleeping:
The main bedroom is en suite, and has a 160 x 200 bed whereas the second bedroom has two 80 x 200 beds which can be attached to make a double bed of 160 x 200.
There is hanging and storage space in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms also have air conditioning.
All bedding is 800 thread count Egyptian linen and all towels are thick and luxurious.
Living:
The lounge /dining room has an open plan kitchen. The floors are cream marble.
The well equipped kitchen caters for in-house dining as well as drinks on the terrace overlooking the bay and sunset.
The lounge has a white leather sofa and two matching chairs (and two poufs for extra seating). The dining table seats six people.
Bathrooms:
1 family bathroom with washing machine, large shower, basin and toilet.
1 en suite bathroom with a deep sit bath (120 x 80) and a combined shower, basin, toilet (with a hand held bidet). Both bathrooms have storage space for toiletries and towel heating racks. There is a hair dryer and hair straightener available.

The apartment was as advertised and had a parking space in the garage beneath the building which was a real convenience. The property manager was very helpful and the owner provided some small snacks as a bonus. Would happily stay there again!

Had a fantastic time in Cannes. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Near everything we needed and with a great view of Cannes Bay. Managers Trevor and Jannette allowed us to drop luggage off early and helped with information to get us started. Host Lesley’s communication and help was much appreciated.

This flat is perfect for a stay in Cannes, especially due to its view, the access to the pool and your own parking in the garage. We found the leather sofa and the chairs in the living room not particularly comfortable and we would also replace the heavy table on the balcony with two comfortable chairs to enjoy the view - but these are just very personal tastes and this will in no way really impact the quality of your holidays. The owner and her helping hand in Cannes were very helpful and responsive. So, a straight 9 out of 10!

I should start with the stunning view. No picture can do it justice. We tried. An entire wall is a floor to ceiling windowed view of the Mediterranean and a bay surrounded by hills studded with red tiled roofed homes. In front of that scene are lush trees occupied by gallivanting bright lime green feral parakeets. The location is great in that it is just out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but so adjacent that it took only a few minutes with our car to reach everything, including the beach, the harbour and the delightful Forville market. We were there the first week of June and we had no difficulties finding (often free) parking. The apartment itself was clean, pretty and comfortable. It was also very well appointed and we made most of our meals there - to be eaten on the balcony with the gorgeous view. Special shout out to Trevor who warmly greeted us (despite being hours late because of flight delays), and quickly responded to our queries during our stay. We would recommend this rental to our best friends, and will surely return - probably for longer next time.

The appartment has everything needed and a fantastic view. We took the train to Cap Roux for a hike in those hills. There is also a great walk up behind the appartment. The owner is very flexible and quick on responses. Checkin/-out was efficient. A nice place to stay and quite central with short walk to the beach and the old town.

We absolutely loved our stay in Adrian and Lesley's apartment, and plan to return. It is exactly as listed, easy walk to the promenade/beach, into town and to the station.
Comfortable beds, great shower, small but perfectly adequate kitchen area. Balcony is a sun-trap with magnificent view of the Med. We were very well looked after by Trevor and Jeanette that manage the property locally.

We had confidence in booking this apartment given the excellent reviews. They were entirely justified. The quality of the furnishings , kitchen equipment and outdoor furniture is very good. Trevor and the owner were very attentive to our occasional requests and helped to make our holiday in Cannes very enjoyable. Highly recommeneded.

Could not fault our stay here. 100% as described - spotlessly clean, great location and a stunning view.
Closeness to beach and harbour but also with underground car parking space allows guests the best of both worlds - with or without a car.
We would definitely stay here again.

My family (with teens) had a wonderful stay at La Croix des Gardes. The beach and the old town are all walking distance. The closest bakery we found is Raimbault near the Plage du Midi, perfect for morning croissants and coffee. The apartment is well appointed and the view is lovely. We also enjoyed the pool which was quite large and clean. All in all a successful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Checking in was simple, and the info provided was so helpful. The flat itself is absolutely gorgeous - that view!! So well equipped, comfy beds, we loved it. The location is fab, an easy walk into town and to the beach. Highly recommend.

Actually, we never stayed at the property. My wife had to have emergency surgery half way through the trip and we got stuck in Beaune for three weeks. However, the host understood our dilemma, was very kind, and refunded our deposit. That is the sort of owner we really appreciate and will stay with again.

Schöne komfortable Wohnung mit Traumaussicht
Wir verbrachten einen herrlichen Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen und komfortablen Wohnung. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmerbalkon ist traumhaft – sie geht über die Parkumgebung auf den Golfe de la Napoule bis zum Esterel. Alles ist super gepflegt und sauber, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, alle Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt - ruhig, viele Parks in der Umgebung und doch nahe an der Altstadt und am Meer.
Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, die Vermieterin Lesley hat sehr gute Informationen zu Wohnung und Gebäude, zum Einkaufen, Restaurant-Tipps etc. zusammengestellt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung, auch die Vorort-Betreuung durch Trevor ist hervorragend.
Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und werden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Lesley.

Perfect place!!
Our experience was everything we had hoped for. Communication was clear and helpful. We were met at the property by very efficient and caring managers. We were very touched by the thoughtful gift of a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. We especially enjoyed the glorious view from the balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was out of the hubbub and yet convenient to walk to the beach. This stay was just perfect and we are grateful fir the kind attention by the owners!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très bien géré. Il est tres propre et bien agencé. On se croirait "à la maison", il manque rien.

Il y a bien sûr cette vue magnifique de la terrasse dont on ne peut se lasser, mais aussi un appartement très joliment décoré et très confortable.
La résidence est de standing, dans un quartier calme, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et à 15 minutes à pied du centre historique de Cannes.
Accueil chaleureux à l'arrivée et au départ. Merci à Trevor et Jeanette.
Nous y avons passé une merveilleuse semaine et avons hâte d'y retourner.

Appartement joliment décoré, bien équipé et douillet dans une résidence de très bon standing. Très belle vue sur la mer et le massif de l Esterel. 5 mn a pied de la plage et d une très bonne boulangerie et 15 mn a pied des commerce du centre-ville . Accueil sympathique.

Sommerurlaub August 2019 in Cannes
Es ist eine tolle Ferienwohnung und man kann abends den Urlaubstag auf dem Balkon hervorragend ausklingen lassen oder man schländert noch mal ins Zentrum ,welches nur 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der nahe gelegene schöne Strand ist im August zwar sehr voll ,aber man findet immer einen Platz oder man fährt mit dem Auto zu einer der schönen Buchten(Badeschuhe). Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, ist es natürlich ein großer Pluspunkt das diese Wohnung einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz hat, denn Parkmöglichkeiten in Cannes sind Glückssache. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Anreise war Perfekt und sehr freundlich. Es war einfach ein gelungener Sommerurlaub. LG Heike und Dirk

This apartment is approximately a 10 minute walk to the beach, ferry and restaurants. Trevor the manager is friendly and welcoming and explained anything we had a question about. It is nicely decorated, clean and very well equipped. There is one parking space. We enjoyed our stay very much!
