The experience of staying in Pearl tree Hotel at Purulia is good overall.

The breakfast was very good in varieties and quality. The location was ideal in town location as I wanted. The Wi-Fi connection was satisfactory.

The TV channels were not always promptly available. Some free HD channels in Bengali were missing. These should be improved. For the first time entry, the entrance is little misleading. More prominent marking' hoarding should be put up.

Overall my stay was satisfactory.

Breakfast was to my liking,

After shower of one Bathroom remaining wet and slippery. Asked about internet facilities but hotel did not provide the password as I specifically did not ask for it .Toothbrush, toothpaste was not supplied.

Great Family friendly Staycation

The good things for the hotel are -- Great breakfast, family friendly, Restaurant food is good with many varieties, Good support staff, Daily housekeeping as per tenant's requirement, Sufficient supply of tea & milk in the room for own preparation, Quiet environment in the hotel & lobby. Location is at the city center with all facilities available, Elevator is in good working condition.

Wifi connection is poor, Universal charging socket is not available in the room, Entrance is little difficult for aged person to climb.

The location is very good , the hotel staffs were friendly and cooperative, liked the room and the ambience. Overall its good in terms of hygiene, cleaniness and the quality of the room.

I think it's definitely over priced given that it's Purulia and not Puri or Digha..Secondly although the breakfast had less options but it was good however in restaurant dinning could be better. Firstly it takes a hell lot of time for the food to arrive. Secondly the taste of the food is not good. I didn't like the food that I ordered for dinner. It was neither tasty nor did I like it's quality.

You would pleasantly surprise to experience such a hotel at Purulia

Well maintained Swimming pool, professional staff. One additional point, the hotel help desk arranged excellent transport option for local sightseeing. They arranged chauffer driven Skoda Rapid car for our tour to Ayodhya Hills at very reasonable price

Breach of trust!

I didnt get the facility as per specified in the property details in booking.com website. I would not have booked that resort at all if they have mentioned there is no pool operational. Prices are too high.. Asked the resort to get some rice boiled for my litle one, they rejected even that.. Overall its a bad experience.. not recommended for any family stay.

Location is superb.. just above shopping mall ..

Suite room facilities not up to mark.. tv channels not available .. dth charged after complaint .. hot water not available on last day.. frequently power failure .. no buffet for breakfast , if less guests.. food ok.. but costly .. no valet parking .. feels overcharged as per facilities ...

Oasis in Purulia

Hotel was modern, in good location in City Centre attach d to a Shopping Mall and food quality was good too in its restaurant.

However there was no Covid protocol being followed. The reception desk staffs themselves didn't bother to wear any mask. Also, the po lace has a very noisy disco on its rooftop where the local youth drinks, dances & pukes. Costs were not too high vis-a-vis service & facility.

The staff are very rude. Specially the receptionist

The members are rude and they treated as if we were staying there for free. We were very disappointed and humiliated.

All together it was a okay stay but I would expect is little more with respect to the amount I paid

The breakfast, the food, the location of the property and the friendliness and availability of the stuffs.

The room was not upto the mark or does not have enough space. The hose in the bathroom was leaking a bit.
