No frills but clean and comfortable.

We have stayed here many times. Excellent location, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is also dog friendly.

Esta dentro de una plaza donde hay todo tipo de negocios de comida, frente a tiendas comerciales, en la mejor zona de Coatza, cerca del malecón, limpio, buena atención, el desayuno muy rico, muy casero, camas y almohadas cómodas, la presión de agua de la regadera muy rico, limpio, hay estacionamiento con lugares suficientes, en general muy bien.

Deberían indicar que el costo de mastica es adicional a la reserva, y no dar sus peores habitaciones a los que reservan

La habitación es limpia y cómoda.

Es muy ruidoso, por el pasillo toda la noche estuvo caminando gente haciendo ruido, hablando, riendo, cantado.

convenient and pleasant.

we have stayed here several times. Location is good, the rooms are well cleaned and the staff very helpful.

the only complaint is there is no ice available at this hotel. They really should have an ice machine. We had to walk to the nearest OXXO to buy ice!

location is good and we felt comfortable re parking. close to several restaurants. Pet Friendly. very clean.

A quick overnight stay.

very good value. our room was spotless. the desk staff very helpful. we had to change rooms due to construction noise. the young lady at the desk changed our rooms whenever we asked and even helped move our luggage. It is not the easiest place to find, even google maps had difficulty. we will definitely stay there again. the location was very convenient to restaurants. shopping mall across the road.

no comfortable chair in room. A bit utilitarian.

it’s fairly well located, it’s got a big private parking lot.

they charge way too much for pets, and they don’t include any “pet amenities”..

If you bring your dogs, be ready to pay!

The location ( not to far from the ocean and close to many restaurants) Beds are confortable, shower is hot. Rooms are quiet.

The fact that they charge you $280 per pets and per night. Super expensive for a petfriendly supposed hotel. The staff is not very friendly. The hotel is old and looks like a hospital inside ( you can smell chlorine everywhere).

Cool location near restaurants, easy parking, comfortable room, nice breakfast. I would stay here again.

They are pet friendly but they have restrictions on the size of the dogs (max 20 kg). And they charge 180 pesos more for pet.
