Die Hälfte eines Holzbungalows in einem verwilderten Garten hauptsächlich für den Sommer geeignet

Die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter, der Ehemann, der unseren Koffer schleppt, die Ehefrau, die für uns Kuchen bäckt, Frühstückslebensmittel bereitstellt und der Sohn, der in perfektem Englisch für jede Hilfe bereit steht, ist überwältigend. Die Unterkunft liegt 5 min. zu Fuß zum reservierten Parkplatz (7 €/Tag) im Freien und auch zum Bahnhof der Circumvesuviana entfernt, die halbstündlich in 10 min. für 1,50 € nach Sorrent fährt. In dem verwilderten Garten mit Orangenbäumen steht die Hälfte der gebuchten Gartenhütte sehr ruhig. Jeden Morgen und Abend kamen die Katzen und wollten gefüttert werden.

Es handelt sich für deutsche Verhältnisse um die ungedämmte Hälfte eines Holzhauses, eines Holzbungalows oder einer größeren Gartenhütte. Die andere Hälfte der Gartenhütte scheint auf Dauer vermietet zu sein. Wir waren Anfang März bei Kälte in der Holzhütte, die über keine eigene Heizung verfügt. Die beiden Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer müssen dauernd relativ laut laufen, um eine einigermaßen warme Stube zu erzeugen. Da die Klimaanlagen an der Wand oben hängen, was immer Sommer sehr praktisch ist, da die Hitze nach oben steigt, ist in der Heizperiode unpraktisch, da man zwar die obere Hälfte der Hütte warm bekommt, aber der Fußboden immer kalt bleibt. Im Bad gibt es nur einen kleinen Heizlüfter, der aber nicht richtig funktioniert. Auch die Gastherme erhitzt das Wasser entweder zu heiß oder es bleibt kalt, die Regulation war schwierig. Das Holzhaus liegt in einem verwilderten Garten mit Orangenbäumen hinter einem Hochhaus.

breakfast was excellent !!! A large and fresh selection of cheeses and salads prepared by the hostess on the spot great location, close to the transportation and near by restaurant walking distance from the bus and train

Everything Rosanna is an amazing host she helped us with everything we needed and she makes the best breakfast in the whole Italy.😍 So you have to try it! Accomodation is very good located you have a bus station almost in front of her home. Beach is near 10-15 walking. Everything was perfect!

A superb sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Sorrento and other lovely places.

We have returned from a wonderful week in this property. It is tucked away in a tranquil garden but also in a great location for train station and bus stop and an excellent little supermarket selling fresh homemade dishes On a daily basis. The beds were really comfortable and fresh towels every other day Delivered to the apartment. However above and beyond that were our amazing breakfasts provided by the owner Rosanna for whom nothing was too much trouble including travel advice we cannot recommend b&b L’Arenceto Sorrentino high enough it was absolutely delightful.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

We had a warm welcome from beginning to end from our wonderful hosts whose communication throughout the whole holiday was outstanding! we enjoyed relaxing in the tranquil garden after the bustle of the almalfi coast and picking oranges from the trees which were in the garden to make fresh orange juice each day. Our hosts gave us invaluable travel advice and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit .The accommodation was spotlessly clean ,towels changed frequently and the bed was very comfortable so you will find everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The accommodation is ideally situated for touring to sorrento peninsula and the almalfi coast and is a 5 min walk from bus and rail connections so no car is necessary. All in all a wonderful holiday experience thanks to the enormous efforts from Rosanna,Tobia and Elio. Thank you 😊

Somewhere I hope to return to.

The hospitality of Rossana, Tobia and Elio couldn't have been better. The breakfast was amazing. Lovely lemon and orange trees. Great bus service just outside.
