La posizione è perfetta, l'appartamento piccolino ma confortevole, un po di manutenzione non guasterebbe ma il prezzo è davvero conveniente per quello che si ha.

Great apartment - owners not responsive to issues

The location is excellent and close too most attractions including the train and bus stations. It was nice to have a fridge, sink, dishes to use. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was construction going on above my apartment. When I messaged the owners they took a day to get back to me. They said it was complete and would have no more issues. The construction went on for four more days and the owner did nothing to help me. In fact, they didn't not respond to my messages for two days. Secondly, the owners say they don't speak English. It was only when I said I wanted to leave my booking early that they made attempts to communicate with me through a translation program. I wasn't offered any compensation for the time I stayed through the noise nor did they offer any help or guidance to help get me to another room or accommodation. Thirdly, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. I ended up leaving early, which they agreed to. However, it took me a day of my vacation to find a train and accommodation elsewhere during a busy time in France. Unfortunately, this was a bad experience for my first time staying in apartment and dealing with owners.

Very comfortable and clean apartment, close to all amenities.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to all amenities, attractions and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

Central Strasbourg, yet a quiet little oasis

What a little gem of a property. The location was amazing - the shortest walk to the Christmas markets and the cathedral. Safe and quiet studio. It is small but it has everything you need. So many powerpoints too which is often overlooked in accommodations. It is a little dark as there is only one window (with a view to an internal courtyard), but we went in winter so the dark was expected. I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect stay over Christmas. Hosts were easy to contact and very understanding of our changing arrival time.

Nice sty in Appartement d'Elpine

Appartement de l'Epine is whit excellant location in the centrum, very close to the Cathedral.

Appartement was too small.The windows looked out onto a courtyard.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Strasbourg

The location of the apartment is superb, very close to everything but not noisy at all. It is really cosy and well fitted out. Great little kitchen, well stocked, nice new bathroom and comfortable lounge. Would highly recommend.

The bed is quite small and it's a bit dark but it was winter so didn't bother us

Perfect place to stay

Everything was amazing! Extremely clean, all you may need is available, close to the city center and lot's of bars, restaurants and public transportation, bed is very comfy and there's even Netflix! What more can one ask for?!

Great stay!

The apartment is very clean and well equipped for all that you could need for a short or longer term stay in Strasbourg. It has a fantastic shower and very comfortable bed. It's centrally located, within a few minutes walk of all the main sites and about a 15 minute walk to the main train station. Very easy and smooth check-in process with the owner's son meeting me and walking me through the apartment.

Exceptional

This studio apartment was perfect for my husband and I. The location was perfect - it was only a few minutes walk to the Cathedral and several other points of interest. The bed was comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. Our host met us at the entrance at the predetermined time, carried our heaviest suitcase up the two flights of stairs, and took the time to show us how everything worked. I would be happy to stay here again.

We have no complaints. Everything was wonderful. It’s worth noting that there are a lot of stairs leading up to the apartment, and there is no elevator. This was not a problem for us, but anyone with mobility issues might want to reconsider.

Lovely and clean apartment, located in the heart of Strasbourg, nearby the best restaurants, bars, attractions… Pascale the manager is amazingly kind and helpful. Will heavily recommend to my friends!

Great, compact apartment perfect for exploring Strasbourg

Host was easy to coordinate with and on time to meet us. Very friendly in explaining everything. Plus, they allowed us to checkout late which was really nice.
