Bella struttura, centralissima

La struttura bellissima e in posizione comodissima al centro e per l'aeroporto. Arredata egregiamente, hosts molto gentili e disponibili.

Purtroppo me ne sono accorta troppo tardi, avevo prenotato due camere con balcone e invece una delle due era sprovvista. Bella comunque, ma non era quello che avevo chiesto.

Short stay in Cagliari

I am used to spending one or two nights in Cagliari every time I visit Sardinia. I always choose to stay at Il Villino because it is very nice. The staff is kind, the location is very comfortable, and one can reach the city center on foot or take a bus at the nearby stop. Bars, supermarkets, and restaurants are very close to the B&B.

WiFi was not working perfectly. This was surprising. Usually, everything is perfect.

Noting special, only the breakfast on Saturday was perfect! The parking was pretty easy in the neighboorhood.

Air-condition has problems and didn't cold the room well, only after lots of hours. I informed the host and told me that it works well. Also, towels and sheets were old, they need renew of new ones. About location, it was 20' away from the city center, not so easy to walk in summer.

Very comfortable, clean and cool little hotel. We had a small garden attached to one of the rooms, and all three rooms we had were in different styles. A very nice surprise was the fantastic breakfast which is served at the neighboring bar by lovely people.

Two nights in Cagliari

Fantastic as usual. I think I spent at least 4/5 short weekends here and it is always very nice. Nice staff, nice room, well-connected location, the bus stops close-by, with several bars and supermarkets close by.

Very nice building, with a very nice and conformable room. It is my second time here and I got my favourite room: the Poetto. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The breakfast is typical: cappuccino and pasta that I took at the bar close by. Also, the barista was very kind. The location is also very close to the city centre that can be reached by bus in a couple of minutes (the bus stop is very close) or on foot. There is also a supermarket within walking distance and several restaurants and bistros.

Short weekend in the city

Wonderful! We had the Poetto room which is a fantastic, very large room, with a large bathroom, access to a small idyllic garden, and all facilities (iron, ironing board, dressing room, and so on). We received a coupon for a typical Italian breakfast (cappuccino + pasta) but we did not use it.

Very cosy and nice room, the owners are very kind people. It was a pleasure to stay there. They are very helpful.

Only the breakfast consists of one sweet pastry, coffee and water. No even juice, which was written on the voucher. I wouldnt call it a la carte breakfast, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

It was a very nice hotel in a convenient location. Seems to be family owned and quite lovely.

It is a 20 minute walk to the bus and train stations and the old city. The coffee and morning sweet was very close by. The staff was very kind and willing to please. There was a minor maintenance issue with our room, so the staff upgraded us, which was amazing.

The shuttle pickup from the airport was a bit complicated. It would help if the vehicle was marked, or the staff stepped out of the vehicle with a sign of the hotel's name and the guests' names so that they would be easy to spot. There were many unmarked vehicles in the pickup area of the airport, so it was difficult to know which driver and shuttle belonged to the hotel. It would also be helpful to ask the guest if they need a ride to the airport, and if so, what time. The front desk is not staffed in person throughout the day and night, so not able to ask easily. It would also be helpful for the staff to have recommendations of tours, restaurants, things to do, etc....

Lovely guest house. All conditions a top notch. Impressive is not only comfort, but also the aesthetics of this house. All details are very elegant and well thought out.
