La mini piscina

Que no limpiasen las habitaciones hasta después de 3 dias. En Corón no sueles estar más de 3 dias… así que son vagos. El desayuno también muy escaso

Bastante regular

La entrada es muy bonita

El personal. Son rígidos y sin embargo la información es tremendamente arbitraria e imprecisa. Hay que pedir que limpien la habitación con 3 días de antelación, el desayuno es minúsculo y dan poca opción a modificarlo (yo soy celiaca, era verdaderamente difícil que entendiesen que había ciertas cosas que no podía comer), la hora de recogida Los toures era totalmente aleatoria (a unas personas le decían una, a otro grupo otra), cobran 20 pesos de más por pedir el desayuno take away, el transfer al aeropuerto solo lo ofrecen a las 6,30 (aunque el vuelo salga a las 10,50 y haya una distancia de 30’), la limpieza de los pasillos era inexistente, en nuestra habitación si bien eran pocas pero había hormigas, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y no hay ventilador, tampoco funciona el temporizador del aire acondicionado por la noche, y está a 10-15 min del centro cuesta arriba. En definitiva, bastante regular pero el 70% es a base de su personal, bastante rígido (que sugieren precisión y que luego está es inexistente)

Decepción

Lo que más me va gustó que estaba muy limpio

por lo demás el trato del personal era bastante desagradable, en el anuncio pone que puedes pagar allí con tarjeta y no es así te dicen que está estropeado nos pasó a nosotros y a otras chicas eso ya te hace cargar un gasto extra , el desayuno muy pobre y solo puedes tomar café , no hay leche para el café o Colacao o zumo , es mas desayunanamos con agua y lel desayuno una siemple tortilla francesa. Otra cosa que no nos gustó , que nos cobraron más de lo que ponía en Booking, nos dijo que era una tasa , si yo contrato por Booking un precio es el que pago no tengo porqué pagar más , total fue una decepción no me volvería a hospedar hay sitios mejores

Ground floor rooms facing construction site directly behind window, couldnt have curtains open the whole days because everyone could look inside. Whole stay with covered windows like in prison and room lights

Friendly and helpful staff

I liked that the staff were friendly and were always available to help if I needed anything. I loved that breakfast was included and all I needed to do was put my order in for what I wanted the night before. The room was a good size and very clean.

I’m not sure how this could be improved but there were a few mosquitos in the room. The air con was good for helping with this though.

Lovely green garden

Very nice accommodation, clean rooms, hot shower with toiletries, very comfortable bed, AC. Lovely green garden with a small bar. Hotel helped us to organize transfer to port and also prepared our breakfast earlier because we had to leave early for a trip or ferry.

Air conditioning was quite noisy.

Clean, green, and comfortable accomodation in Coron

I really liked the relaxing garden vibes of the place. There is greenery all around making a great atmosphere. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were OK. Bathroom was also clean and amenities provided. Free coffee and tea available at the lobby/restaurant. The staff were great and really helpful in arranging for my island hopping tour. Breakfasts were fantastic, specially the lamayo danggit. They even assisted me in ordering a kilo of frozen lamayo from their supplier to take home. Really good stuff! Finally, I accidentally left a belonging on the room, and they were kind enough to immediately send the item back to me via LBC. Great customer service!

The property is not along the main road but a few minutes walk on a back street, though it can be quickly reached by riding a tricycle from the town center (lots of trikes around that you can hail to get around town). Their breakfast hours are quite short and strict. One day I overslept and could’nt get my breakfast anymore after being late for 5 mins. Wifi can be spotty at times.

ok for short stay

Everyone makes us very welcome. Very good fruit shakes in the bar, you can order massage to your room, do the laundry and collect the same day. Unlimited tea, coffee & water in lobby area. One of the receptionists was very helpful to book us trips.

Place with potential but definitely not a three star hotel. Some of the receptionists did not speak English properly and there was some miscommunication with the time of breakfast, trips etc. The AC is very noisy and wrongly located so you have option to sweat all night or freeze.

It was a beautiful building, clean and well-maintained. We stayed in the family room and we found it comfortable and clean, with strong air conditioning.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like right now.

The room was very clean, beds were comfy and the hotel staff were so accomodating. The hotel was also near Santino's Grill.

Just a minor thing - they can put more lights at the gate so it won't be dark outside during the night.

Awesome stay!!! Great internet and great food!

The hotel room was clean and looked new. Great internet. No dead spot anywhere in the hotel since wifi is available in all floors. Breakfast was great and they have their own restaurant, which served really great food. We decided to eat there on our first two nights. Staff was very accommodating. The hotel is not at the city center but if you need to go somewhere, the hotel staff will call a tricycle for you so it wasn’t a problem at all. Definitely will stay here again.

Just a suggestion to put rubber mats on the bathroom floor since it can be slippery and may not be safe for older guests. Almost slipped a couple of times myself.

Great choice in Coron

Super nice staff and very helpful. They helped us so much and were really nice everytime. The hotel is very good and the price point is excellent. Nice, big-enough rooms, good bathroom, functioning Aircon, good breakfast and really near from the center you don't even need a trycicle.

Excellent . Very clean hotel.

Stayed 5 nights Location was great. You can walk to the town centre from the hotel. However, the people from my private boat tour picked us up/ and took us back daily. Also even if we didn't have a boat tour, booked our boat people arranged for our pick up and drop offs anytime of the day, the hotel messaged private tricycles (tuktuks) for us.too. Breakfast was great eventhough it was FREE fixed breakfast menu, I swapped my rice / jam to toasted bread and butter. Free unlimited coffee so I looked forward to this after days out.

In this day and age, toilet paper wasn't allowed to be flushed into the toilet! Other hotels we stayed at in the Philippines didn't have this rule.
