A lot of good, but a little disappointment in a staff member.

It was a very comfortable stay, for the most part the staff was very welcoming and nice.

A change in breakfast would've been nice, could've used a re-paint in the bedroom and fixing up the trim. As it was check out day for us, I was going outside to help my husband with packing up the car, and a cleaning lady basically demanded me to leave and I didn't have the chance to check for anything we might've left behind because she rushed me and my kids out of there. She was very unprofessional in her attitude, I unfortunately cannot remember her name as it has been about a month since we came back home.

Very sad because they had bedbag beds and that gives me allergies and I came out covered in bites from those animals.

Everything we needed

The breakfast was plentiful. Bed was almost too firm. All staff were helpful and hospitable.

Mattress topper perhaps, and gluten free cereal options, like cheerios or rice Chex

As expected. Convenient location.

This hotel is the closest to my mother’s assisted living facility. I have stayed here before and know exactly what I am getting.

A little dated. I bring my own coffee and coffee pot as the coffee at the hotel is terrible. I also purchase my own healthy food, but sadly it always freezes in the room fridge.

Location, hot breakfast, & cleanliness.

The Tv in sitting area didn’t work, wasn’t picking up any channels. We called front desk twice, over 2 days. No one ever came. Both days we were told that as soon as maintenance came in, someone would come and fix the problem. We booked a king suite so that we could have a sitting area to relax and watch tv. Instead we ended up sitting on the bed watching the other tv. We were there for 4 nights and we only went out in the late afternoons. Also, the room had a musty smell. Maybe air fresheners/plug-ins need to be used.

The hotel is clean, rooms clean but damp. The air seemed to not remove the dampness in the room, carpet and tile always felt damp. Pool was very dirty and cloudy, poorly maintained and even closed part of the time. Breakfast was very good. Location was convenient. Bed was rather hard and the pillows were no good. Small and lumpy. Staff was friendly.

Way too expensive for the lack of cleanliness and uncomfortable beds. Rooms smell very musky and seem very dated in comparison to lobby.

Very nicely located and very clean.

It was not the property, but the presence of an old blood stain one of the sheets. The stain appeared not to be fresh, but present from another time. The sheet was actually clean, just the mark of it .

Nice room, comfortable, would stay there again if needed

Very comfortable bed, lots of channels on TV. AC worked well and kept the room cold. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was pretty nice but a bit standoffish.

Loud party in one of the conference rooms. I understand it was Bike Fest in the town so it was likely people partying from the Fest. It is nothing the hotel can do about but it is weird getting into the hotel parking lot as you turn off a main road and then have to essentially drive through an area that is a parking lot for the local VA center.

Awful visit....

The breakfast was fine.

The pool was closed, toilet leaking, they tied a washcloth around the leaky pipe, which soaked the bath mat, but the person at front desk had no clue where to get a new one. The smoke alarm went chirping at 1 am. It was an awful stay, and not well maintained.

Overall, my experience was quite pleasant.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was a decent variety of eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, fruit and yogurt.

Great breakfast; good choices of hot and cold options and the attendant was there to replenish items when they ran low.
